Beautiful 2-bedroom condo, sleeps 6, washer/dryer and one free parking!

Great location with close proximity to Waikiki

This location was a dream come true for my Ohana. The host was immediately available and answered me right away when we landed. He was very kind and I appreciated how he spoke to me as his guest. The floor plan was perfect for my visit. We chose to request the two twin beds into one king, and it was a great set up. The beds are very comfortable! The two lanai entrances were great, as well as the single private lanai for the master suite. Internet and air conditioning were both good - along with the ceiling fans, we were very comfortable. Having the ability to park was a game changer for us. Our rental was a Denali, so maneuvering it was a little tricky, but only took one day to realize the best way to park it. Elevators were quick. Entering / Exiting was a breeze with the door lock to the condo. We loved having the full kitchen, coffee maker and rice cooker available for use was awesome. Fully stocked kitchen made cooking breakfast so easy. The pool was right in view and was always clean and quiet, we loved it. Bathrooms by the pool were also clean. The location was prime to walk right into main Waikiki and we absolutely took advantage of that! Over all, this stay was fantastic. We had 4 adults and one child. We would absolutely stay here again, and hope to! Mahalo

Everything we expected was provided. The location to the Waikiki downtown area was perfect and convenient. 2 beach chairs and a cooler was provided. We added a beach umbrella for others to use. Be careful if renting a large SUV as it might not fit in parking garage. Thankfully our 4-Runner just made clearance. Otherwise, great experience!

Perfect for attending a conference in Waikiki.

Our only issue was the pull out couch didn't work and we couldn't get ahold of the manager to report it.

This condo was conveniently located to Waikīkī and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. It was clean. It is an older building but the unit is well maintained.

Room was clean. Although we had 2 cockroaches visit us. Parking was secure. Pretty tight turns. Pool and hot tub were at great temperatures. Quiet. Thank you.

Inside the unit, it was very clean and accurate to post. Great location, and central to everything in Waikīkī. Parking was very tight and there are assigned parking spots, which we were not aware of so make sure you park in the right spot. The guest above us were very loud and sounded like they were moving furniture all day and night. Overall, it was great for the price.

We had a great day I kind of was definitely a great set up there in the heart of Waikiki. Although we had a rain day we used the pool that was extremely hot and hot tub and the sauna was amazing. The only thing I would suggest is that they would have a YouTube tutorial on how to use the remote it was very confusing luckily I brought my own fire stick IPTV.The condominium had all what we need. The price for the condo was a little higher then it's competitors in the same building.They also can provide more coffee and creamers with sugar. All in all I would definitely recommend this place anyway to stay there again.

This was an amazing place to stay, parking was great and we all had so much room to spread out and slept great as well! Would 100% stay again.

Unit was clean and as expected. The location is in walking distance to the beaches and numerous dining and entertainment locations.

The apartment was very clean and stocked with towels for both the beach and apartment. Also had beach chairs and a cooler. Very centrally located to the main shops and restaurants. The host had excellent communication before, during and after our stay.

Check in and out was super easy. Only complaints would be the WiFi was not very good and we could not connect more than one device at a time or it would slow down to where you could not watch shows.

Everything was just as pictured. Beautiful place, will be booking again.

The VRBO was clean and bathrooms and kitchen updated. When we first arrived the room wasn’t ready so we had to wait 3 hours. Our parking stall was occupied by another car , so the property manager allowed us to park in a cramped stall on the first floor. The cabinet door under the kitchen sink was broken and didn’t close, a kitchen light was broken, and the Spectrum tv remote in the living room didn’t work. The A/C in the master bathroom barely worked, but it was strong in the other bedroom. Nice to have a washer and dryer in the room and free parking. Other than these issues we enjoyed our stay in room 430. The location was centrally in Waikiki and within waking distance to many stores and restaurants. We would stay there again if these issues were corrected.

The property was just as pictured minus the bar stools. A little outdated, but the property was clean, along with the grounds. It's in a very convenient location for walking to the mall, beach, stores and restaurants.

Surprised no concierge in the lobby when you walk in. there’s no one around. Lighting too dingy and dark. Condo is very nice and spacious. Shower could use slip proof strips to keep from slipping & safety, toilet seat in master bathroom kept sliding around, needs a bolt. Used the washer dryer a lot and the lint would fly out when we opened dryer door so it was all over the floor but used a vacuum to swoop it up. Overall it’s a nice stay, I have a view of the pool/garden area. I couldn’t see staying in a hotel after this.

My family of six enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is great! Couple blocks from many food choices and fun night atmosphere! We appreciated the free parking spot. The hallways of the condo building are a bit dim, but the condo itself was very nice and very clean. My kids enjoyed the pool. Overall, it was a great place to stay and would definitely book again!

Very good place for families. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are helpful for a bigger group. The property manager, James, was very responsive. The only downside is that the a/c in the master bedroom is very weak. There is a ceiling fan that can be used to cool down the room but unfortunately my kid was scared of the fan (coz it was big). We ultimately had to switch rooms with other family members as the a/c in the other room was stronger. In ynit laundry and freee parking were very helpful as well.

Walls are very scuffed and they definitely need a new coat of paint. Bathroom fan was practically clogged with dust. Some coasters would come in handy for all the moisture coming off from cold beverages. There was an adequate amount of kitchen supplies. The blue chairs are not comfortable for shorter people. Bedroom ceiling light fixtures and the light in the kitchen area need brighter bulbs.

The property was in a great location.Access to city transportation and tour buses exceptional. The condo was clean in appearance but needed some upgrading as it was very tired. The couch and pillows were very dirty and needed cleaning. The sheet on the primary bedroom bed was ripped at the foot of the bed.Kitchen cupboard needed doors repaired below sink. GFIC in hall bathroom shorted out needing to be more secure. Wifi did not work for 2 days. TV’s were hard to operate and needed instruction for operation.Appliances worked well.Condo agents were responsive when called.

A very clean condo. Near all the amenities like shopping, food, entertainment. Just far enough away from the crowds at Waikiki Beach. Security on site was friendly and helpful.

The condo has everything you need. We thought the cable wasn't working. But we figured out we needed to check the TV input and had it working.

Very clean, great location, parking and easy checkin and checkout. Would recommend and stay again

Our stay was just OK. Having 2 bedrooms, washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms and the FREE parking space were all lovely. However, the first 2 nights we found cockroaches in the second bedroom (room with 2 beds). After contacting the property manager, they dropped off some bug spray and traps which we put to use. We found a couple other smaller roaches in the smaller bathroom. The “newer” renovations are noticeable compared to the older building but are already in need of repair. Tile in the large bathroom are peeling, some of the tiles are chipped, the toliet paper holder in the small bathroom completely fell off as soon as we arrived, the fridge started leaking water and the kitchen cabinet door under the sink is broken which leaves it at an odd angle. In addition, the parking lot is TIGHT. It’s nice to have a free spot, but the corners and low ceiling make for risky driving. It was sufficient for our stay but I wouldn’t book it again.

We loved the location of this condo as it was close to down town but not so close you get as much noise. Walking distance to lots of yummy restaurants/food carts.

We had a great time staying here and its 10 mins walk to most things in Waikiki and a convenient location overall. ABC stores and a general grocery store were right by the building and some restaurants as well. Swim pool in the bldg was clean and not crowded. Having laundry in the unit was also very helpful. We will definitely consider coming back here. One of the building elevators was going through maintenannce and only one elevator was operational and at times slow to access our unit but that was a minor issue. one free parking was also super helpful given most other condos in Waikiki do not offer parking. That itself saves $50/day.

There is plenty of access to shopping and restaurants within walking distance-- we enjoyed Tiki's Bar and Grill, Honolulu Sushi and Hula Grill especially. The beach is within walking distance, just a bit farther. The condo is close to downtown so there is quite a bit of city noise -- consider if you are a light sleeper. Also, there is some type of construction going on just below the condo on the pool deck area -- REALLY noisy during the weekdays and made it impossible to enjoy the balconies. We had a good time but would not recommend to a friend soley due to the noise factor.

The check-in and hospitality were great. We had small issues with parking in the coffee maker that were addressed immediately. The space is just like the photos. The kitchen could use a good cleanse. But we were there during busy time so maybe no time to do that. Some construction right below us was a bit noisy - but out of the owners control so not their fault. Enjoyed Waikiki walking distance main areas and fireworks are right there.

We have a great stay at the property. It was just as advertised.

Excellent location and parking was a bonus! Unit was clean and provided everything you need! Air worked well and beds were comfortable. I would recommend the guest bath shower curtain be replaced and/or laundered after each rental as it emits a strong unpleasant “sour” smell. Replacing the cloth curtain liner with a clear plastic liner may solve the problem? Otherwise, thank you for a pleasant stay!

Was a good condo for the price and located in a good spot to walk around Waikiki. Was nice to have a parking spot included as parking is hard to find.

Location of the apartment is great. Walking distance to beach, shopping plaza and the fashion street. About 10 minutes drive to a Japanese supermarket. Overall very convenient. Fully equipped with standard kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. Not much of a view, but it didn't bother us. Only a few minor things I wish they would be better, 1. WiFi is not too good. Only have signal in the kitchen and dinner area. Lost signal in the bedroom. Speed and bandwidth are low, 4 of us couldn't stream together. 2. Walls are thin. You can hear people walking above you. So you may not get the rest needed. Overall, even with those things, we still had a great time and will rent again and recommend it.
