This quiet community of individually owned condominiums that overlook beautiful greenery and Pacific Ocean, and located in the Goldilocks zone of the Kona District, with idyllic weather, invites you to relax. The condo is a short walk from the historic Teshima Restaurant in Honalo Town, founded by Mary Teshima in 1929, and the historic Aloha Theatre, founded in 1932, featuring local productions. It is close to the famous Kona Coffee Farms and it’s a scenic drive to Holualoa Village, an historic upcountry art and coffee enclave nestled on the slopes of the Hualalai volcano on the Big Island of Hawaii.
