This exceptional 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom end unit is truly one-of-a-kind. While many Beach Villas residences feature a single lanai, this special residence boasts three private balconies, each offering beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean. As an end unit, it also enjoys expansive views from three sides of the building, giving you a rare opportunity to experience the Hawaiian landscape from multiple vantage points. Each lanai provides a peaceful setting to sip your morning coffee or tea, enjoy an afternoon cocktail, or simply relax as you take in the ocean, beach, lush tropical surroundings, and Waianae Mountains.
The spacious primary bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom, creating a comfortable retreat at the end of a day spent exploring Oahu. The second bedroom and full bathroom provide plenty of space and privacy for family members, friends, or additional guests. There are 2 twin beds which can be converted to a king. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Throughout the residence, beautiful furnishings and thoughtful touches create an inviting atmosphere that feels both elegant and relaxing. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room help to keep the villa cool and comfortable.
The gourmet kitchen was designed by renowned Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi and is equipped with full-size appliances and everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. In addition to the standard kitchen essentials, you’ll find a coffee maker, blender, cookware, and other supplies that make it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a memorable Hawaiian-inspired dinner.
The condo is designed to provide all the amenities and conveniences of home, including brand new 65" Smart TVs with cable in both bedrooms and a 75" in the living room, private and secure Wi-Fi, and a full-size washer and dryer. Two dedicated parking stalls are also included, making it easy and convenient to come and go as you explore Oahu. Beach gear such as beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys and cooler are provided for your enjoyment.
As a Beach Villas guest, you’ll have access to an impressive collection of resort amenities. Hosts were welcoming, responsive, communicative and a pleasure to work with. The property is amazing and well equipped, including beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, and wagon to haul it all. We lacked nothing and our family of four truly felt spoiled in this property.

Lovely condo. Property managers were very pleasant and responsive. Property was beautiful and peaceful. No restaurants on property but many within walking distance.
The villa was beautiful with outstanding views from every lanai and it was a perfect location in Ko Olina! We had a wonderful stay and will be back!

We loved our stay at this unit! It was everything it was advertised to be. Immaculately clean and beautiful, great location, wonderful view and situated within a broader resort area that is great for family. We really enjoyed the amenities, such as the gym, pools and beach, which is just steps from the unit. We visited in January and the weather was very sunny most days. The owner, management company and staff we all very welcoming. We will definitely be back!
BEST place to stay on Oahu!
Great place. Views from every room. Has beach chairs, rafts, coolers, or anything else you would need from beach. Bar downstairs serves drinks and pre packaged food. Would visit again.
Perfect place to stay with the family. Great views off all three lanais. Perfect place in evening or early morning to chill in the breeze. Huge advantage over other places with lanais on each end allowing breeze to blow through the condo. Close to everything we need including beaches and walking paths. We would definitely rent again.
Throughly enjoyed our time here! Check-in was simple, views were incredible and the sunsets from the lanai’s were breathtaking! As we departed my wife was already planning a return trip. Phenomenal unit all around!

This property is a great location! The lagoon wasn’t crowded, the facilities were clean, and everyone was friendly and helpful. The view from this unit is exceptional.
The property, the pool, location, and beach are all incredible. Much less crowded than neighboring properties (Disney and Marriott) and Waikiki. Loved everything about our experience and can't wait to come back.
This was our second time staying at this location. Our stay in this unit was wonderful and was an absolute amazing time. We throughly enjoyed the 2 separate balconies with different beautiful picturesque views. The unit was fully stocked with all the amenities and beach gear to have fun with and enjoy. It was perfect for our little family vacation, with the only drawback having to say goodbye and it coming to an end. Can't wait to come back and have already started planning the next trip!

The condo looks as perfect in person as it did in photos. We were welcomed with a beautiful basket of local treats of Leia, cookies, coffee, chocolates. Never ever have I done a review but this property was like the title says absolutely amazing. Aside from the fact it is ridiculously nice my daughter locked us out of the bathroom and Ron came within 20 minutes to open for us. Great place great food great views can not go wrong with the beach villas
The villa is beautiful...lovely furnishings and decor. The views from both lanais are breathtaking. The kitchen is great, with all of the supplies that you could need to cook meals. And snacks and a bag of coffee were provided. The grounds are lovely and access to the beach is easy. We enjoyed the bar at the beach that also sells some food items. Ko'Olina is a beautiful and convenient location. And communication with the villa owner was wonderful...quick responses to any questions. Hope we can come back from another stay sometime in the future.
