About this property
This tropically decorated unit with blue décor throughout is sure to transition you into vacation mode. Between the blue statement upholstery, rattan furniture, and wooden surfboard on the wall you will definitely enjoy your unique piece of paradise. There are a large couch and a smaller couch for you to sit back and relax. The dining area also features a rattan dining set with matching upholstery and a lovely glass top. This will be perfect for sharing family meals you create together in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space. This two-bedroom condo is one level.
The master bedroom in this unit has a king-sized bed and the ensuite bathroom has a full mirror on the vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bathroom also has a large mirror, but this bathroom has a shower with a tub. This condo is located in building 6 and is conveniently located near the pool.
Cooling features: (1) Window AC in living room + (1) Portable AC unit in each bedroom + ceiling fans
Kamaole Sands is located in a beautiful tropical landscape and features a freshwater pond, waterfalls, and orchid walls. There are amazing resort amenities - a gym, pool, 2 jacuzzis, a kiddie pool, 2 tennis courts, 3 pickleball courts, and bbq areas, a 24-hour front desk, and assigned parking. Right across the street from beautiful Kamaole Beach III. Enjoy short walks along the ocean to Kamaole I, II Beaches, and the pristine Keawakapu Beach. Maui Nui and Wailea golf clubs are only a few minutes' drive from the condo. Restaurants and shops are just a short walk away.

I loved the beach access, pool access, spa access and the landscape, it’s beautiful.

So, a bit dated, but, hey, it is owner- owned, so they must love it as it is!

Awesome well stocked apartment
We had an amazing vacation with two kids, 9 and 5. The condo was very well furnished and stocked with anything you could possibly need. The place is large for a family of 4 and very comfortable. The location is superb: quick walk to the beautiful swimming beaches, stores and restaurants. Good amenities on the grounds. Easy check in and check out. The only minus, pretty important in my opinion is the cooling. It is advertised as having ac. The swamp coolers merely lower temperature in the middle of the night, so if you are going in a hot season like us (July) you may re-consider it. Otherwise, it’s great.
It was a great location very close to the beach and great places to eat. We enjoyed the nice pool and spa. The condo was very clean worked great for our family only draw back it seemed to have a little bit too much furniture for the space. It seemed a little tight at times.
We enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands, building 6 unit 310 The grounds are beautifully kept and we liked being close to the pool The unit is well equipped and comfortable We had one issue with the door handle and it was very promptly dealt with and fixed Overall a great place to stay!
The Spectrum internet and TV service is similar to what you might find in a 3rd world country ... cuts in/out and certain stations on the Cable take several tries before they load ... we had the same awful service from Spectrum during a recent stay in South Carolina. The AOAO should seriously check out a more reputable cable/internet supplier.
We loved our stay and had the best time at this particular unit 6-301. We've stayed at the Kamaole Sands previously but this unit has been far and away the best. Judy was very accommodating and helpful and her place was amazingly stocked. Especially for a family with two young children (almost 2 & 4). There was plenty of sand toys, books, and other toys to keep my kids busy and let my husband and I enjoy our time. Everything was perfect and I cannot say enough good things about this rental.
