The Space:
The private ground-floor lanai opens to tropical garden surroundings, giving this one-bedroom condo a soft transition between inside and out. Two baths and two beds sleep up to four, while the full kitchen, air conditioning, washer and dryer, cable TV, DVD player, WiFi, and in-room safe handle the practical pieces. The low-rise building has no elevators, but the condo itself is on the ground floor.
Guest Access:
Guests at Maui Kamaole enjoy access to the resort's communal pools and hot tub, plus garden grounds for relaxed time outdoors. Beach essentials are on hand, and Kamaole Beach Park III is a short walk across South Kihei Road. A disabled parking spot and nearby laundromat add convenience.
The Neighborhood:
This side of South Kihei gives you a choice each day: cross South Kihei Road to Kamaole Beach Park III for a swim, snorkel, or sunset, or stay within Maui Kamaole's tropical grounds for a pool, tennis, or barbecue afternoon. The other Kamaole beaches offer more sand to the north, and Keawakapu Beach and Wailea are close to the south. It is a flexible location for a couple or small family that likes to decide plans based on the weather, the water, and everyone's energy rather than a strict itinerary.
Getting Around:
Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.

Great location..we stayed in a different unit 6yrs ago. Suite furnished with everything needed. Had ants all over kitchen and bathroom on arrival..they replied quickly and had someone come spray the next morning. However 4 days into stay came into dining room and found a cockroach. I contacted and they said locally someone would be in contact. Nothing..despite checking bad 4 x that day! I had requested a move and nothing! Not impressed that they couldn’t even make contact with us, much less spray as promised.
Super clean, very well equipped and in a great location next to the lower pool and BBQs. Comfortable king bed. Beautiful lanai. We had everything we needed for our two week stay. Would recommend beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Would love to come back!
Proximity to the salt water pool
This owner certainly took an interest in knowing what little touches makes this a comfy home away! Quality furnishings away beyond our expectations!
This is the third we have been here. It was always perfect. Only the air conditioning in the bedroom does not work
C 108 is in an ideal location for us. It is in superb condition with everything you could possible want. We had been to this unit 8 years ago, and it far exceeded our expectations. We'll be back.
We booked a last minute trip to Maui and MK C108 was 1 of 2 condo's on Maui in our budget. We took a chance on it and were definitely impressed! We LOVED the upper pool and the close proximity to the lower pool. We were impressed with the bed, how well stocked the bathrooms were and the overall cleanliness. We enjoyed sunsets at Kamole III! If I had to give any suggestions I would suggest adding in beach chairs (the two that were there were in ok shape), add in a small cooler and a lounger (as pictures show). I would definitely suggest this property to others who love pools + have a car to adventure outside of the complex.
We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was so clean and had everything we needed and more! The complex was immaculate, well kept and the pool areas were great. The apartment was a short walk to Keawakapu Beach which had the most incredible sunset and turtles swimming by in the surf.
The condo had everything we needed and more. It was super clean and we loved all the ammenities.
