This place is great for couple or families with small children. It had everything we needed, the pull out couch was OK for couple of days and the bed was comfortable. Condo is beautiful with a very nice pool and right at the ocean to see the sunset! Only thing is that aircon keep living room and kitchen cooled perfectly but not enough to get to the bedroom - a stronger fan would be great. Host was very responsive.
We can’t say enough good things about our experience at this condo. The host thought of everything. All manner of cooking and eating utensils are provided in the kitchen. There are beach chairs, towels, coolers, ice packs and basic snorkel gear. The bathroom was stocked with soaps, shampoos and a hair dryer. She even has a first aid kit just in case.We very much appreciated how easily accessible the host was. Her responses to questions were lightning quick any time we had a question and she even provided an information folder containing suggestions and details for local dining, amenities and attractions.The unit itself has a good layout with TV’s in the bedroom and living room. The air-conditioner keeps the living room and kitchen nice and cool and it wasn’t hard to configure the floor fans to shuttle the cool air into the bedroom. The biggest advantage to this condo, however, is the location. It is absolutely perfect. The community pool is fantastic. You are minutes away from food shopping and restaurants. Our fondest memories of our trip are being able to walk our morning coffee to the community seating against the oceanside view, and, using the community BBQ grills while experiencing the Kona sunsets. Truly a fantastic experience, we plan on staying here again in the future.
