The Space:
A top-floor, lofted layout gives this two-bedroom, two-bath condo extra room for up to six guests across three beds. The lanai has a lovely view, while the full kitchen, air conditioning, washer and dryer, WiFi, cable TV, DVD player, and in-room safe support a comfortable stay. The low-rise property has no elevators, so plan for stairs. It is a good layout for a group that needs sleeping capacity without a cramped feel.
Guest Access:
Guests at Maui Kamaole enjoy access to the resort's communal pools and hot tub, plus garden grounds for relaxed time outdoors. Beach essentials are on hand, and Kamaole Beach Park III is a short walk across South Kihei Road. A disabled parking spot and nearby laundromat add convenience.
The Neighborhood:
Kamaole Beach Park III sits directly across South Kihei Road from Maui Kamaole, letting your group fit in a morning swim or snorkel without turning it into a major outing. Come back for lunch, then decide between the resort pools, tennis courts, spa, barbecue areas, or a second beach visit for sunset. The other Kamaole beaches lie to the north, and Keawakapu Beach and Wailea are close to the south. It is a convenient South Maui spot for families and friends who want a beach-forward week with plenty of choices close to home.
Getting Around:
Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.

First time in Maui. Area is beautiful, beautifully landscaped, condo was quiet, clean and kitchen was equipped very well. Mattress in secondary bedroom could use replacing, not comfortable, lumpy. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it. We didn’t get to use the pools but our kids said the water was a bit cold, at least for our 1year old grandson. The only con. is that it’s not within short walking distance to restaurants or shopping.
Loved the layout and general location of property.
This unit is well equipped with lots of towels, dishes and beach items. It even has a high chair and playpen.
We loved everything about this place. Well stocked, very clean, beautiful place.
The condo was exceptionally clean with lots of space for our family. Our kids loved having the loft bedroom to themselves. We also loved the pool with the rock features and waterfalls.
Great location and stylish home. Make sure to bring your own beach accessories.
This place was awesome! When we first walked in, we were greeted by an incredibly clean home. During these times of the pandemic, cleanliness is very important to our family. There was a basket on the counter with a brand new sponge and a full bottle of dish soap! This may not seem important, but using someone’s old dish sponge is gross. It’s the little things 💗 Also, there were no Knick knack type things that our toddler could get into. Huge plus! The kitchen was very well stocked. Super cute Fiestaware dishes. There were 2 KING size beds! Which worked perfectly for us and our 11 year old son! And the outdoor closet was filled with all the things needed for the beach!!! So awesome!! We are already talking about returning! Thank you so much!!
Well equipped unit with lots of supplies and beach toys included. Private lanai with lush vegetation around. Multiple air conditioners was a nice bonus.
This is a beautiful condo with everything you need. Fully sticking kitchen, towels and beach chairs and toys. Location to beaches, food, shops and beautiful sunsets is a small walk away. Would highly recommend this condo. The owners were so easy to get hold of and accommodating. Will definitely rent again!!
