Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent two weeks in this beautiful and quiet house. The house is located about 10 minutes from restaurant, grocery store. The view and the sunset from the lanai were stunning and we loved the peaceful atmosphere of the house. The jacuzzi and pool were so relaxing after a day exploring the island. And I have to add that Nick was so responsive and helpful before, during and after our stay. It was for us a perfect experience.
I cannot say enough good things about this property. Once you step onto the property, you cannot help but relax. With breathtaking views of the Pacific, rainbows morning and afternoon, picture perfect sunsets, and birds singing to you daily. We knew we’d be driving around the island to enter the water in different places, so we wanted a quiet house nestled in the hillside. It exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this house. The kitchen is well appointed and the pool/spa was a welcome respite from our daily drives around the island. I would not hesitate one bit to rent this property again. I’m already thinking of when I can get back....

Wonderful property enjoyed the hot tub, pool and nightly sunset. Kona 10 minutes away. Enjoyed black sand beach and Hapuna Beach the best. Would definitely stay again!

This property is just an 8 minute drive to downtown kona so it is close to all the shops, restaurants and grocery stores! Amazing views of the ocean, love the pool and spa, kitchen is fully equipped, use of garage is a plus! We tend to cook a lot and the kitchen is very spacious and has top of the line appliances. Very quiet neighborhood which made for a very relaxing vacation! House was very clean and properly maintained. Will stay here again!
