A private garden-view lanai gives you a calm place to begin the day before heading over to Kamaole Beach Park III. The Space:
This one-bedroom, two-bath condo sleeps up to four and opens to a private garden-view lanai. Window air conditioning and ceiling fans keep it comfortable, while the full kitchen, washer and dryer, children's dinnerware, and extra pillows make family stays easier. Cable TV, DVD player, and an in-room safe round things out.
Guest Access:
Guests at Maui Kamaole enjoy access to the resort's two pools, pool spa, tennis courts, barbecue areas, and tropical garden grounds. Kamaole Beach Park III is across South Kihei Road, making beach time easy to work into the day. The resort's low-rise layout has no elevators.
The Neighborhood:
Maui Kamaole sits at Kihei's south end, where beach days can stay wonderfully uncomplicated. Kamaole Beach Park III is across South Kihei Road for swimming, snorkeling, and a late-day sunset stroll, while Kamaole I and II extend the shoreline north. Head south toward Keawakapu Beach and Wailea when you want a change of scenery. Between outings, Kihei keeps casual meals, coffee, and groceries within easy reach. It is a sunshine-and-sand base for families, friends, and couples who want the beach to set the day's pace.
Getting Around:
Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.

Perfect little condo!
We stayed in this condo last year and enjoyed it so much we booked a second year. It felt like coming home! It is so well set up with dishes, cutlery and gadgets. It was nice to see some newer towels and sheets this year. It would be nice to have a few more dish towels and cleaning supplies. Being there for three weeks we like to do regular cleans of bathrooms, sinks kitchen etc. Love the size of this condo!
Besides the mattress being a little worn, we enjoyed everything about this unit. Great location, well-stocked, beautiful grounds and pools, and easy to check in and out.
Very comfortable condo! The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of gadgets that I’m sure were bought and then left behind. We added cling wrap and baggies plus napkins to the cupboards. My only negative comment is that the towels and linens need serious upgrading. A trip to Costco would solve the problem of small bath towels. They are also getting a little dingy looking. Our problem of a shower tap that wouldn’t turn off was fixed very quickly. Thank you! I’m a bit of a clean freak so cleaning supplies for the guests would also be nice. Overall we loved the place and would definitely rent it again.
Very well equipped condo
Clean, well-equipped condo near pool and short walk to beach and restaurants with views of Haleakalā along the way. Also walking distance to boat ramp for snorkeling and whale-watching excursions.
We Come to Maui 2-3x’s a year. Using Vacasa was very easy, love simple check in/ check out process. Would definitely rent other units in the future. Only thing (if you are a sensitive sleeper), master bed was a little unsupportive as were pillows. But you’re on vacation so no matter what it is worth it. Unit was clean and filled with everything we needed.
We have stayed here many times and always the same. Very comfortable , beautiful well maintained resort.
