A Note from the Owner:
After renting four different Sugar Beach units on three different floors for six years, we were fortunate enough to purchase in 2013. We believe this unit is in the best building, with easy access from the covered parking and one floor up from the roof parking. We love having coffee on the lanai in the mornings while watching for turtles, manta rays, flying fish, and whales. This unit has been remodeled to be exactly what we want, and we are delighted to share our home with respectful guests.

We had a great time at the condo.There was everything you could need. The view was amazing and we sat outside every chance we had and enjoyed the ocean. The beach was steps away. The pools was always clean and you never had to fight for a lounge chair. The condo was convent to many nice restaurants . We had so much fun. Plan to return for sure.
We picked it for the ocean view.
My husband and I spent a week here for our honeymoon, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the area. The property was quite clean, although I did notice that the photos made it look a bit nicer than it actually was. That said, this seems to be a common trend with other Vrbo rentals as well. Overall, we had a lovely time!
Perfect stay, like at home but at the beach. Quiet, nice long walk at the beach. Good A/C,. Don't hesitate, reserve now.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Sugar Beach. The condo had everything we needed and was well stocked with the essentials and other things like spices and pantry items. The bed was very comfortable! ThIs is one of the nicest beaches I have visited and the views from the condo were amazing. Ali'i Resorts met us at the unit and were very helpful with our questions. We are so happy we chose Maui for our anniversary trip and were thankful we were able to come and contribute to the economy. Many prayers for the residents of the island and best of luck in your recovery.
Our condo at Sugar Beach Resort was perfect! The location was convenient for various tours around the island. The condo was just as described online. It had everything you could think to need, it was very clean and updated, the bed was super comfortable, the view from the lanai was amazing! We loved our stay!
You can not get any closer to the beach. I would stay here again
It more than exceeded our expectations. It's a great central location, and it's easy to head out in any direction for fun and activities or to find a great beach. There's a reef right in front of the condo for some decent snorkeling. Sitting on the lanai watching the sunsets is amazing.
