PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS

Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaiʻi — please don’t harm them. The HOA performs regular pest control, but insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help.

Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports a variety of island wildlife, including geckos, ants, and occasional roosters. Despite regular professional pest control, these are part of normal island living. Any contact with such pests does not constitute a breach of agreement or qualify for refunds or adjustments.

Great accomodations
Great condo and location was perfect! Right on the beach and steps away from the pool and hot tub. Amenities were fine, perhaps consider adding two body boards to the list. Only issue was the realty company never responded to several requests for more toilet paper. Everything else was perfect!

Aloha, we loved staying in your condo. It is so beautifully decorated with the Hawaiian culture and the ocean views are breathtaking especially in the evening on the lanai with the moon and stars over the ocean. Mahalo, Malia
Property was clean and well stocked with amenities. Our favorite condo in Hawaii yet.
The only problem we had was that we were given an incorrect entry code. We loved this accommodation! It could not have been nicer. Very thoughtfully appointed... missing nothing. We would happily come back.
Location is great and view is even better. 518 is finished with upgrades and well kept. You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought and money into the place.
