Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaiʻi. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular pest control, but some insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.

Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports a variety of island wildlife, including geckos, ants, and occasional roosters. Despite regular professional pest control, these are part of normal island living. Aloha, we loved staying in your condo. It is so beautifully decorated with the Hawaiian culture and the ocean views are breathtaking especially in the evening on the lanai with the moon and stars over the ocean. Mahalo, Malia
Property was clean and well stocked with amenities. Our favorite condo in Hawaii yet.
The only problem we had was that we were given an incorrect entry code. We loved this accommodation! It could not have been nicer. Very thoughtfully appointed... missing nothing. We would happily come back.
Location is great and view is even better. 518 is finished with upgrades and well kept. You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought and money into the place.
