Stunning 15th Floor Luana King bed Condo Sleeps 4 guests

Property was managed by host not the Luana Waikiki. It was the only available substitute for a VRBO property we had booked but was cancelled by the host just days before occupancy when the elevator needed repair! We were in Hawaii, during Easter/Spring Break, no accommodation for 7 days! VRBO/Expedia to its credit, did its best & most of our holiday was salvaged except for what I've outlined below. Unfortunate Issues with amenities: washer/dryer in condo but not for use by renter, telephone not connected to front desk (renter not notified of this situation). Valet parking not only very inconvenient, but expensive!

Great location and great view of the Fort Derussy Park, which was nice to walk through to get to the beach.

We spent 4 nights. The 15th floor view was stunning. Check-in at the hotel desk was easy and the desk staff was helpful when we had questions. The unit was immaculate and the bathroom was roomy. Lots of counter space for our stuff. And plenty of closet and drawer space so we could put away our suitcases. Bed was huge and comfortable. The property manager responded quickly to one request. Aspects that were less than great: Kitchen was equipped OK but with the expectation, we think, that we would be eating out a lot. (The only kitchen sponge was 1.5 x 1.5 inches.) The weather was good so we didn’t spend any time watching TV. But the TV setup was dated – cable TV stations, DVD player and seemingly no streaming capability. Also, the floor of the bathtub/shower was curved, not flat, and there were no grab-bars, making for uncertain footing. (We hunted down a bathtub mat under the sink.) Finally, the door between the bedroom and living room/kitchen stuck badly and needed adjustment.

Fantastic 15th floor suite. Check in was smooth, staff very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and smelled good. Roomy, 2 balcony’s facing different directions-a city view and a park looking on through to the ocean. A safe in the closet to keep valuables, pool and hotel amenities convenient, close to everything along Kalākaua Ave-shops, Biki bike stations to rent all around the city, restaurants, excursions. Easy walk through the park out to the public beach. Overall a positive experience and would stay there again! Thank you.

Great location, awesome condo!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The host communicated clearly, responded quickly, and went above and beyond with local recommendations — overall, just wonderful to work with.The condo had everything we could possibly need for our week-long stay — from a broom, dustpan, and mini vacuum to beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a full-sized ice chest. The kitchen was impressively stocked with all the essentials, including a cheese grater, measuring cups and spoons, and even salt and pepper. The unit was spotless, and the shower water pressure was fantastic.The balcony views were absolutely spectacular and did not disappoint. The location was also perfect — just a short walk to what we called “Main Street” in Waikiki, near the International Marketplace.The only small downside was that the front desk associates weren’t particularly friendly. We only had to interact with them briefly during check-in and when trying to locate the ice machine, but it wasn’t the most welcoming experience. Still, that minor inconvenience wouldn’t stop us from coming back.We absolutely loved it here and already plan to return!

Perfect location close to everything with stunning ocean views and easy beach access. Comfortably furnished in Hawaiian theme. Roomy bathroom. Two balconies and lovely pool.

This condo was perfect in every way! They thought of all the right touches to make our stay as convenient as possible. They even had a full-size cooler we could take to the beach! The condo was spotless and looked exactly like it does in the photos…And those views are just breathtaking!

Location was very centrally located and host was amazing. Will definitely stay here again the views from the balcony were breathtaking.

The apartment was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect, right off the strip and close to the beach. The amenties were well kept, and lastly the staff were helpful.

The suite was acceptable but could have used some additional attention to cleaning. We have stayed at this location in the past and love the location, lots of restaurants and sightseeing within walking distance. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Great location. However the light in the kitchen was broken. I emailed the owner but no reply.

Clean spacious and comfortable dStay in waikiki

This one bedroom unit is spacious and stylish. Enjoyed the Tommy Bahamas theme. Everything in working order including the washer dryer. I will come again.

Nice property with great view overlooking Ft. Derussy park to the Pacific. Two balconies are nice for sun or shade. Condo is clean and check in was simple. Comfortable bedding, good size kitchen, nice furnishings. 10 to 15 minute walk to everything. Easy to get Lyft and Uber rides. Good communication with host. If we return to Hawaii, we would stay here again.

We stayed for 7 days and enjoyed the views from this 15th floor condo. Every morning taking in the beauty of the ocean from the kitchen/living room and the city & mountains from the bedroom. Excellent location, within walking distance to the ocean and downtown stores. Check in was not as easy as promised but we got it figured out. The pool area was very nice. We enjoyed using the outdoor BBQ grills and tables. Overall had a great stay, very quiet and relaxing while visiting our family.

Knowing we would be spending lots of time at the beach, we specifically looked for a property with a washer and dryer. This place fit the bill (so we thought). A few days before our arrival (at my wife's request), I reached out to the property manager, Mark, and asked specifically if the washer and dryer were working. He responded yes, but when we got there we realized the washer did not work. I reached out to Mark again on day 1 but he never responded (we were there for a week). I got completely ghosted by this guy. Thumbs down, brother. The views from the condo were great, but the false advertising and lack of communication were disappointing. Lest you are wondering if I don't know how to operate a washing machine, I've rebuilt a Jeep using nothing but YouTube videos, I have a storybook marriage after years of counseling, and one of my adult children still likes me. I think I know how to run a washing machine. I'm telling you, this thing did not work. Also, beware if you are a happily married couple and bringing children. There are no locks on any of the interior doors. We left some extra toilet paper and bottled water for you (you can thank Jesus, he's helping me to be a better person)! Hawaii was great, except for the homelessness problem and the naked guy wandering around a few blocks from Costco. I'm sure we will go back to swim with the turtles again and to eat at Seven Brothers, but I don't think I'll be staying at this property.

This condo is perfect for a vacation getaway. It is located in an amazing part of Waikiki with views of the mountains and the beach and within walking distance of all amenities. Mark was very responsive to any issues we encountered and took immediate steps to help. Would highly recommend staying at Mark’s condo. You won’t be disappointed!

The condominium was just as described. Clean and had all the necessary items. We were able to eat at local food trucks selling diverse food choices, relax at a nearby brewery, walk Waikiki Beach and shop in the best shops - all within walking distance. And when touring the island smart car rentals for under $40/day were also available within walking distance with affordable parking also available. We cooked in a lot given the expense of the island itself, and took in the Saturday AM farmers market as well as amenities from the ABC stores. Although a private rental in a hotel, the hotel staff was more than accommodating. We would definitely book again.

Great location with great westerly view to ocean across vast parks. Close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, all walkable. Nice staff, responsive owners.

Property was very clean. Great view. We got a room with washer / dryer in the unit so it was quite convenient. Good location. Walkable to the beach. Also close to public transportation. We took bus to Pear Harbor and Diamond Head. Great communication. Clear check-in instruction. We were able to get the key a little earlier before 3 pm. Asked for a blanket and Mark (asked the cleaner) dropped one immediately. Thank you! Will definitely consider next time!

Easy walk to all of Waikiki and view was spectacular!

Beautiful hotel with great view and nice big master bedroom. Close to Ft. Derussey park and beach. Valets we're great and the grill in the hotel had the best food we tried during our stay. Only negatives were a very uncomfortable pull out sofa and parking was outrageous, $40 per night. Had to pay it because there was really nowhere else to park. Other than those two things, everything else was great!
