A Spacious Condo with incredible Ocean views from our private oversized Lanai.
Fitted with a new kitchen in March 2021 along with new living room furniture and 2 new comfortable Queen beds in the bedroom- We are ready to offer our dream Condo to guests.

Large bedroom with big closet and two Queen beds - both offer 14" high-grade memory foam mattresses. A large wall mounted HD Smart (Roku) Television - (don't forget to bring your Netflix or Hulu info so you can log straight in and carry on with your favorite channel line-up) and of course separate remote controlled A/C.
The living area boasts a large new 'L' shaped couch perfect for family gatherings, again an HD Smart (Roku) Television plus local cable added.
A work desk to work from home or get those postcards out to friends and family.
The Dining area offers seating for four guest plus up to six if you include the HiTop breakfast bar at the kitchen area.
The well lit bathroom has a vanity area, W/C, oversize walk in shower w/ floor to ceiling tile (includes hand rails).
Initial first day soaps, shampoo and toilet paper are provided for ease.
The newly installed full kitchen has brand new double door fridge freezer with ice maker and filtered water dispenser. We also have a Coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and ample pans, silverware and crockery for our guests.
An Iron and Ironing board is available upon request should you need it during your stay, along with kettle and blender.
Secure garage parking is usually available but does come at an extra charge ($25 per day + tax at the time of writing this) all other costs associated with the accommodations are included in the price here on Airbnb. Free parking is available on the meters from 6pm - 10am or across the park.
You also have full access those beautiful gardens that you see in our pics, plus there are stairs down into the ocean just to the left of the pics, a nice sandy bottom awaits on the left side of the property and lava rock reef directly ahead of the property.

Great location, great view but that comes from the front balcony. The building is positioned so that 80% of the unit faces the neighboring buildings with the short side of the building facing the ocean, which is beautiful, and that balcony is spacious, with ocean song. The only thing I would be concerned with is in the summer when all the air condoners are on, the song will be drowned out. The other thing to note is the mildew problem. The management simply needs to clean better. There is quite a bit of mildew odor that should have been removed long ago, that's just unacceptable. Note: there is no wheelchair accessibility to the restroom. Beach access is quick but not do-able for handicapped.
Wonderful location and easy access. With the gates at the front and back of the property we felt more secure rather then just being open. The full kitchen enabled breakfast and lunch with ease, and we went out for most dinners. Favorite time was on the deck overlooking for ocean for sunrises and sunsets! Enjoy!
This property is 5 star for its great location, fantastic view from the lanai and property manager's prompt replies to all inquiries. Mark is #1! That said there are a couple of quirks that only rate a 4 star experience: as mentioned you do have to go outside and around the corner to experience the most incredible view. The outdoor furniture is serviceable but has seen better days; The small indoor dining table has only three chairs but there are two bar stools at the counter; unlike other VRBO rentals you will not find any left over condiments. I assume this is because the weather takes a toll on dried spices etc. However we usually find an assortment of cooking oil etc in the fridge at other rentals. None of the above are deal breakers and we look forward to renting from Mark when we return to Oahu. Mahalo Mark and to your great crew.
The unit was awesome, everything we would want. We loved the waterfront balcony and easy access to the water. We can’t wait to come back!
Everything was very clean. Although the kitchen did not have a lot of supplies, it worked for us since we were only eating breakfast there. We all loved the deck overlooking the ocean. It was beautiful and very relaxing. We felt very safe and comfortable in the area and were glad not to be in the heart of waikiki. There is a park across from the complex, so green space nearby. I would recommend this condo.
The awesome view can only be seen when on the balcony/patio. There is no ocean view when inside the condo. This was disappointing to us. The air conditioner when out in the bedroom along with most electrical outlets. I contacted them around 9pm when we arrived home for the day but they didn’t respond. They responded the next morning after we already checked out and basically said it was our fault. Very disappointing.
The ocean view was stunning from the lanai , very spacious . Security was seen on property at night , very reassuring. Would highly recommend
I had to contact the company to get checked in. I was told the check in info was emailed to me, but I never found it. It was easy to do once we had the info. The location of the rental was very nice. The view from the lanai was magical. The issues I have, are that the title of the listing states “brand new”. The kitchen and bath had been updated, but there were very glaring problem areas. The completely tile floor had black to muddy looking grout lines in all of the high traffic areas and a light tan where it still looked clean. I’m sorry, but black grout all over the entire apartment is not clean. The outside walls of the apartment were mostly floor to ceiling windows. Well, the vertical blinds looked like they were original to the building. I tried to open some and they just did not budge. The main ones for the lanai worked, but were still gross. The shower looks like it was recently updated but with no exhaust besides a window in the shower, it looked terrible. If you ignored the plethora of gross vertical blinds, the grout on almost the entire floor, and shower floor, then it’s a great place. If that bothers you, then I would find a different place. I managed but it was constantly on my mind while at the apartment. Also, the air conditioners worked great, but they were located in annoying locations. One ac unit blows directly on your face in bed in the bedroom. We were able to block this with a suitcase. The one in the living room blew on you while on the couch. We tried to contact the company the night before checkout for an hour delayed checkout and didn’t receive an answer. We emailed at 8:30pm the day before. We called half a dozen times in the morning starting at 8 am and didn’t get an answer to our question until 5 minutes before check out, that the answer was, “no”. It being no would have been fine if they actually returned our call in a reasonable time.
Nice complex, well-maintained. The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. The lanai wraps around 3 sides of the unit and was perfect for watching the sunset. There is no beach at this property but the beach next to the Kaimana a few doors down is great. The beaches of Waikiki are an easy 10 minute walk away. This is a great spot to stay - quieter than Waikiki but all the amenities there are easily accessible. Recommended.
