Located in sunny South Maui near Kihei, Maui Bay Villas offers a more modern and relaxed island-resort experience surrounded by tropical landscaping, ocean air, and the laid-back pace that makes Maui such a favorite destination. The atmosphere feels comfortable and contemporary while still embracing the easygoing spirit of island life.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom resort view suite with preferred location offers a lanai area or balcony with seating for four. The primary bedroom features two full-size beds and a 55-inch TV. The bathroom includes a vanity with a single sink, backlit mirror, backlit makeup mirror and walk-in shower with a wall-mounted rain shower head. The toilet has a washlet fully enclosed. The living room includes a queen-size sofa bed, 65-inch TV and a dining table for four. The suite's fully equipped kitchen features a sink with a waste disposer, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, electric range with oven, built-in microwave and washer/dryer unit.

The resort itself is designed around outdoor relaxation with pools, lounge areas, walking paths, and gathering spaces that encourage guests to slow down and enjoy the Maui atmosphere. The setting feels quieter and more residential compared to some of Maui’s larger resort districts.

South Maui is known for beautiful beaches, snorkeling, paddleboarding, whale watching during season, and incredible sunset views. Nearby guests can explore beaches, local restaurants, shops, golf courses, and scenic coastal drives throughout Kihei and Wailea.

This is the kind of stay where mornings begin with coffee on the lanai and tropical air, afternoons are spent at the beach or poolside, and evenings slow down with Maui sunsets and island dining nearby. Maui Bay Villas makes it easy to experience Maui with comfort, flexibility, and a relaxed South Maui atmosphere.

Items to note:
- As part of ongoing roadway repairs following recent Kona storms, South Kīhei Road will be closed between Ohukai Road and Kūlanihākoʻi Street through June 20, 2026. Guests should expect traffic delays and are advised to follow posted detour routes. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
- The state of Hawaii assesses a lodging tax to guests staying at this resort. A deposit of $100 for incidentals is required at check-in.
- Construction at the property is ongoing. During construction, you will see and hear the sights and sounds of work in progress. Construction work is scheduled Monday - Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., with occasional weekend work.
- Guests may access the public beach, which is located across the street from the resort, via our oceanfront Beach Club. To access the Beach Club during limited operating hours please visit the towel stand located at the lower level of the Club House.
