ACCESS & PARKING
Door Keypad Open the screen door to access the keypad. Your personalized code will be sent in your “Before You Arrive” email.
Gate Code The provided gate code will allow access to Kuilima Estates West during your stay.
Assigned Parking Your stay includes one designated parking stall.
Guest Parking One complimentary guest parking stall is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Parking Passes One parking pass and one guest pass are provided inside the unit. These must be displayed at all times. Replacement cost: $50 per pass.
CLEANLINESS & PEST PREVENTION
Hawai‘i’s tropical climate attracts insects, and we work hard to keep the unit pest-free.
Please help by:
Keeping the unit free of crumbs
Wiping counters and sinks after preparing or eating food
Storing all food in sealed containers or the refrigerator
Not leaving dirty dishes or food containers out
Taking out excessive trash and take-out boxes promptly
Important: Please do not eat on the couches or beds. Crumbs attract bugs.
If excessive garbage or dirty dishes are found at checkout, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
AIR CONDITIONING
To conserve energy and maintain comfort:
Close all doors and windows in rooms where A/C is running
Turn off all A/C units when leaving the house
QUIET HOURS
Please respect community quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM
SMOKING, PETS & PARTIES
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai
Pets are not allowed
Parties and large gatherings are prohibited
LAUNDRY & SAND CARE
Do not use detergents containing bleach or Oxi (they stain towels)
Shake towels outside before washing
Remove sand and shells from clothing and swimwear before entering the home or shower
Excessive sand damages plumbing and appliances—please be mindful
TRASH & TOILETS
Trash: Dispose of all trash in the dumpster located next to the parking area.
Toilets: Do not flush:

Paper towels or trash
Only toilet paper should be flushed.
HOUSEKEEPING
We provide basic household supplies for the first day or two of your stay. Additional cleaning service is available for a fee—please contact us to schedule.

Great place, clean and well stocked with everything you could need.
Love staying in this area. The condo unit had everything we needed for our two night stay.
This was a lovely and updated 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a peaceful view of the golf course. Much more affordable than staying at the Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay resort, which is within close walking distance. Very much appreciated that there was laundry in the unit. Good communication with owners and check-in and out was easy.
This condo was perfect for the middle of our 10 day stay in Oahu. We stayed 2 nights. Proximity to Turtle Bay and its beach as well as restaurants were perfect. The washer/dryer was key. Check in was easy. Condo was clean and the porch was perfect for morning coffee. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!
Had a blast here at Turtle Bay, nice change from Waikiki. Location is awesome, you can use everything at the resort except the pools and the pools at the condo are wonderful. Condo was as described, easy walk (or drive) to the beach and hotel. Groceries are about 5 miles away in either direction. Bed is super comfy! Only thing we didn’t love is there are only 2 bath/2 beach towels provided but there is a washer/dryer. So much to do and see within a short drive. Highly recommend!
Excellent condo rental at a fabulous resort community
The property was exactly as stated in description so there were no disappointments. Everything that we needed was supplied except if you require salt, pepper, olive oil etc, but an easy drive to grocery store.
We were very lucky to have found this spot - - overlooking the Fazio Golf Course and within a very short walking distance to the golf shop. We spent four days, two of them playing golf, one travel day and one day exploring the coastline @ Turtle Bay. Whenever I had a question about something, Helena was very quick to respond. Overall such a lovely experience that we are already talking about coming back next year at the same time. It truly, truly feels like the way Hawaii used to be. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!
Hiked, beach, good food
The condo's at Turtle Bay are a great place to enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets, hike and relax.
The accommodations were excellent - room for our family of 4. Very clean, kitchen utensils fully stocked, towels, beach towels, beach gear, etc! BUT most importantly a short walk to the water AND light, easy shady trails! STAY HERE! Do: shop for your breakfast- Bring cooking spray and condiments. Great lunch and Dinner spots in the area.
This was the third time we’ve stayed in this condo. I appreciated the upgrade in a/c units, very quiet and efficient. Great location on property to the resort, restaurants and golf. We’ll be back to stay here again. We’ve stayed in alot of the condos and this one was the only one we’ve stayed in multiple times. Highly recommended for a couple or small family.
Our family enjoyed the serene environment at turtle bay. It was perfect for our family. The condo was extremely loveky very clean and had everything and more than we needed. Would highly recommend this condo.
This place is just as it appears in the listing, if not better. We LOVED our stay and can't wait to book again when we can return tot he North Shore. From the comfort to the view to the proximity to the beach. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay unforgettable in all the best ways! the condo is clean and organized, our kid enjoyed running in the golf course in the back of the house, great air circulation so we never needed to turn on AC however it’s not too quiet at night when we could hear people talk or walk upstairs, the bedroom door couldn’t be closed, overall it’s a good safe and kid friendly place for family to stay, the host is very responsive to our requests
