This one-bedroom, two-bathroom unit offers guests plenty of privacy and tranquility, while also being situated in Kahuku and Kawela, and Turtle Bay. This ground-floor (no stairs!) unit is located in the Kuilima Estates East private condos near the very large well known North Shore resort.
You’ll enjoy lovely views of the Fazio golf course 'back nine' from your open lanai – perfect for soaking in the afternoon sun al fresco. Plus, the short walk (~10 minutes) to some of the world’s best beaches, restaurants, and surf spots makes Kai Nani a desirable location for you and your family.

enjoyed out stay here, perfect location
The property is in a great location, ideal for exploring the North Shore beaches and surroundings. The pictures give a true impression of the condo and it had everything needed for a few nights stay. The owner was available when needed and was a first rate host.
Would stay here again. Host was very attentive.
Hosts respond quickly. Property in great location for North Shore activities. Access to resort restaurants & beaches a plus. Pretty pool but too cold due to weather. . Front & back doors need attention. Slider came off track a couple of times and screen fell completely off. Small lanai with wooden bench as only outdoor seating. Beach chairs and fins and goggles available to use.

Super clean and well supplied condo. Location is perfect for going to Laie or Haliewa. Property owner is super responsive and kind. Would stay here again.
This condo was a rather plain unit located on the ground floor and was easily accessible. However, it lacked some of the normally expected basic amenities. Although there were two bathrooms, no bar soap or shampoo was provided. Also there was no facial tissue. The number of bath towels was adequate, but initially we only found one face towel and one wash cloth. Later we found an additional face towel and 2 wash cloths on a closet shelf. There was no clock/alarm in the bedroom. Also, there was no cutting board provided in the kitchen. The bed was very low, and no chair was provided in the bedroom, making it difficult for sitting tasks like putting on socks and shoes. The only highlight was the very nice washer and dryer! The view out the sliding door was nice, complete with a rooster to awaken you in the morning!
Clean and comfortable. Easy in, easy out. Short walk to the beach. Beach chairs and other play paraphernalia in the closet for use. Hosts are very responsive. Mahalo for the nice place to land. 🙏
