It was a good spot to stay. Property located on third floor no an easy climb for many. No elevator.
Clean, nice, close to town, coffee shop close by.
The location of the property was perfect. Close to town and a beautiful view of the ocean. We were disappointed to find the dishes in the cupboards, dirty with bits of food still on them and greasy. It’s an older property, but there was some remodeling that had been done to the kitchen and bathroom. Unfortunately the property owner is very difficult to communicate with. I have called several times over a three week period. to dispute a charge. I still have not received a phone call back.
We loved this place! The view of the water and the sunset is amazing. The condo was mostly quiet. This unit overlooks the pool so there is playful pool sound most of the day, but after the pool closes at 9, it’s all pretty quiet. We had a few minor issues and the property management team was very responsive. It’s a nice place and nicely maintained but it is a beach house so there are little things like a sticky screen door and some rust on some things that are just part of being right next to the water. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book here again.
This was a great place to visit.
Nice to have ocean view and pool. No real beach access but not a problem. AC unit only in living room so bedrooms were very very hot and uncomfortable. One of the linen closet doors is off its hinges, and the shower was moldy.

We overall enjoyed the holiday. The condo is in a nice complex and in a nice area, about 20 minutes to walk into town. The condo needs a deep clean and maintenance done on many areas. Dusty ceiling fans that need to be adjusted to run smoothly, screen door doesn’t slide properly, bathrooms are in need of renovation. We also found the kitchen to be lacking in the basics that we generally find at vacation rentals in Hawaii. We did have an issue with the check in key code so luckily the property manager was available by phone to give us a correct code and good thing we didn’t arrive late at night. I also requested a late check out and never received a reply. I really think this can be a great rental with just a bit of extra effort put in.
Though host was responsive the property was not ready. There were so much dust everywhere.Sheets were not clean. Bathrooms are really out dated. Faucet and sinks have stains.Living room and kitchen area were really nice.We loved the balcony and the views.With some good cleaning and TLC this could b a great place.

Great location and views. No hassels. BBQ fresh caught Ono & Mahi Mahi. Sunsets gorgeous. Pool access. No a/c but stand alone a/c unit and fans were helpful. Washer/dryer good to have.
Kona Bali Kai had a beautiful view, but was a little outdated.

We chose this place because of the view and it did not disappoint. The condo itself was a little tired. The portable AC unit did not work, the ice maker was very slow (we bought ice daily, the master shower needed a plumber to clear the drain during our stay. We stayed in April and, without air conditioning it would be very uncomfortable in hot weather.
