Wonderful ocean view from this nice, one bedroom condo. Gorgeous sunsets. Wonderful rooftop deck and clean, well-maintained swimming pool.The building is located immediately adjacent to Kameole II beach, so just a short walk to that beautiful beach. The unit is comfortable with, great trade wind cross ventilation. It also has a "split" type AC unit in the living room if needed. The bedroom is on the mauka (inland) facing side of the building, so even with the louvered windows closed guests do hear some street and parking lot noises as well as the occasional walkway conversations from some oblivious fellow guiests. There is a small, stand alone dehumidifier/AC device in the bedroom. It is noisy (like most small AC units), but it did cool the room adequately the one night we needed it.Overall, a nice, comfortable and convenient place to stay; and a very reasonable value.
Yes was a wonderful stay
Host was very responsive. Local rep (Nance) was awesome! The condo is very nice. Excellent location with great eating close and within 1.2 miles. Recommend Life’s A Beach for a good, local bar.

Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable furniture and very comfortable bed.Clean and tidy.
The condo was exactly as listed! Location was ideal for morning walks on Kam 1 and Kam 2. Close to several restaurants and shops. Nance was easy to contact and very accommodating. We would definitely consider staying here again.
Loved the property
Great view. Close to beaches and restaurants, shops and small grocery store. All were easy walking distance across the street.
Extremely well appointed condo with great communication with the owner and property manager. Kitchen is wonderfully stocked with all cooking necessities and more and the rooftop patio/ bbq with the views are simply stunning. Condo lanai has a perfect vista for sunsets and turtle watching. Simply a perfect spot. Overall, fantastic and would highly recommend.

We have been coming to Kihei and always enjoy our stay. Now that we are retired we will be back regularly.
AC not cool enough
The Royal Mauian is by far one of the best locations to enjoy your time on Maui, we have stayed here countless times, this time we were able to enjoy 608 for the first time. The location of this unit is direct ocean front~you can watch the turtles from your lanai. The unit is very well appointed, clean and comfortably. Thank you for allowing us to share your slice of paradise~we would love to come back! Aloha!
