Gorgeous Oceanfront Condo in South Kihei with A/C - Royal Mauian 308

The condo was clean and in the perfect location. The unit had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The host Kevin, was very helpful and very responsive. I recommend this condo for any couple/pair looking to have comfort, convenience, and to feel at home-away from home.

We had such an amazing stay here for our honeymoon. The place was beautiful, super clean, and honestly even better than we expected. We completely fell in love with the area and already want to come back someday. Everything about the trip felt relaxing and special, and this was the perfect place to stay while making those memories. Couldn’t recommend it more!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful one-bedroom condo in Kihei. The oceanfront setting is truly special—the views from the lanai overlooking West Maui were absolutely stunning and something we enjoyed every day.Kevin was an exceptional host with outstanding communication. He was always responsive, attentive, and clearly takes pride in ensuring his guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. That level of care stood out and made our stay even better.The location is ideal for exploring the island. It’s easy to head up to West Maui, venture into Upcountry, relax at the beaches just outside the condo or further south of Kihei, or make your way to Paia and the Road to Hana. Having such convenient access to so many parts of Maui made this a perfect home base.The condo itself was comfortable, well-appointed, and easy to settle into. This was the most beautifully decorated and Equipped condo we have ever stayed at at the Royal Mauian. The owner Kevin was very quick to respond to any questions and was very helpful. The view was beautiful and the breezes were calming.

This location is perfect, with a world class view of the ocean, updates and clean accommodations and across the street to anything you need or want. There is also a beach right next door. Highly recommend this Kehei condo.

We just enjoyed a week at this lovely condo. It was hard to leave! Gorgeous setting, many whale sightings while relaxing on the lanai, great swimming, really well appointed kitchen and many thoughtful touches throughout. Our host was most helpful before and during our stay. We look forward to future trips to this great place.

Amazing sunset views and beach access

This condo has a beautiful ocean view and is so conveniently located. You can walk down a few steps to the beach or across the street to shops and restaurants. It is nicely appointed and the owner is very communicative and helpful.

The condo was beautiful and newly renovated, View from deck gorgeous, overlooking the ocean. At night, my daughter enjoyed leaving the screen doors open and listening to the ocean waves. At dusk and dawn we could see the hawksbill turtles in the water below. During the day, we went to Kamaole II beach (next to the condo) and the turtles would swim right past us! When we went to the rooftop deck, we saw a pod of dolphins in the water below! We enjoyed sunrise and sunset swims at the beaches Kamaole I and II by the condo. Across the street from the condo is a natural foods grocery store with polite staff and a good deli. Most appreciated about condo #308 is Mr Faris, the owner/contact person; he answered every question promptly and gave very good detailed feedback on where to go and what to do; much of his advice, we took. That was very helpful and deeply appreciated. We traveled around the island, halfway to Hana and swam in a waterfall at a stop a little past the halfway to Hana House (make sure you fill up with gas in Paia town, have TP, water and hand soap with you, don’t count on Hawaii to provide its guest with clean restrooms) seeing the mountains and swimming at the waterfalls was wonderful, then we went Upcountry on the way back. Another day we went on the Lanai excursion with Trilogy; highly recommend this. Again, just sitting on the deck at the condo; the view from there was amazing; so calming, so peaceful. This is a second generation to own this condo with love.

We loved our stay here in this beautiful unit. The view from the lanai is stunning and the unit was packed with every amenity you might need. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable bed and linens. We will definitely be back. Mahalo

The property is impeccable, modern amenities and not to mention the perfect location. The sunsets are perfect. The unit faces the trade trade winds, so you get a constant breeze thru, no need to use the air conditioning which is available. As a long time visitor of Kihei, this was my first time at this building, and this owner knocked it out of the park. Do not hesitate, stay at this unit, its magical.

We love returning to this Kihei condo. It is beautiful and comfortable and has everything you need for a perfectly relaxing vacation. The lanai is perfect for watching whales and turtles and sunsets. The condo has everything you need for a beach day and the beach is just a short walk from the front of the complex. The hosts are caring and responsive and have great suggestions/recommendations. They make sure you have everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Can’t wait to return!

I recently stayed at the Royal Mauian, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing all the information I needed for a smooth check-in. Accommodation: The property was exactly as described, if not better. It was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living area was cozy and comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Host: The host was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. They provided local recommendations, checked in to make sure everything was going well, and were always available to answer any questions. Their hospitality truly made the stay special. Location: The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and local attractions. It was a quiet and peaceful area, yet close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. Overall Experience: My stay at Royal Mauian was fantastic, thanks to the excellent host and the wonderful property. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Kevin is an incredible host! He messaged us well before our trip to check in with us, gave us great recommendations for food, and gave us a late check out based on our late flight home. The condo itself is very nice. Kevin has it stocked with anything and everything you might need included spices for cooking. You have a perfect view of the sunset each night and can even see turtles swimming near the shore. You are in a perfect location with places to eat and shop right across the street while the beaches are right next door. We had an amazing trip and highly recommend staying here!

This one bedroom condo had everything we needed to relax and immerse ourselves in wonderful Maui. The bed was comfortable and the lanai was a perfect place to enjoy the view of the beach. The host communicated instructions clearly and was attentive to our needs. We hope to book again!

This condo has everything you could possibly need for the perfect Maui vacation. It's beautiful and comfortable and the ocean/ beach views are gorgeous. The host is very attentive and responsive and has equipped the condo with everything you will need to feel at home and have a relaxing Maui vacation. The location is perfect for an easy walk down to the beach to swim and snorkel with the sea turtles and for sitting on the lanai and enjoying the sunset and watching the sea turtles as they swim by. There are also great shops and restaurants across the street. The only downside is that our 1 week of vacation flew by too quickly and we had to go home. We can't wait to come back and (hopefully) stay longer!

Just returned from our 6 week stay at this gorgeous condo. Directly on the ocean, amazing views of the ocean and Kam 1 Beach. Spacious balcony to dine and watch the whales. Central location, short walk to shops and restaurants. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Kihei. Excellent communication with the host, seamless check in and check out procedures. We look forward to visiting again.

Location is perfect for watching whales and sunsets, walking multiple beaches and groceries/restaurants. The unit itself is clean, modern and fully equipped. Best of all, the view from lanai is amazing and always shaded.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo itself was very nice, and, as many have mentioned previously, the gracious and welcoming hospitality of Kevin contributed greatly to our enjoyable stay. The reservation process was easy, and information and instructions were excellent. The condo is extremely well-located. We could walk out the building door to the beach a few steps away, or, in the other direction, along a walking path that stretched all the way to Wailea. It has been updated, yesterday from all appearances, as everything appeared fresh and new. The kitchen was VERY well furnished, and we greatly appreciated the olive and other cooking oils, herbs and spices, and salad dressings and condiments. Very much appreciated, too, were the grocery shopping bags. Make sure you look in all the cabinets--we found some bags immediately, but on the last day we opened a cabinet we had not looked in and we found more. Honestly, there was nothing we needed that was not there, including that the host supplies a beach umbrella, 2 boogie boards, 2 nice lawn chairs, 2 noodles, and a lovely lanai for sunsets. Cleanliness and comfort were excellent. Because of the way the building is shaped we did hear a little street noise from the bedroom and we could hear people walking by, but overall noise was not a problem. In sum, this was really a great place to stay and we enjoyed our time there very much.
