A unit renovation will take place in unit 310, next door to this unit, beginning April 7th through September 15th. Please expect noise as well as the potential for dust and debris during work hours.

Royal Mauian 309 is a newly renovated luxury condo for the guest who wants a total immersion in Maui's ultimate beach experience. Sitting less than 50 feet from the pristine Pacific and is flanked by two of Maui's postcard beaches – Kamaole I and Kamaole II. Off the elevator, it's a 30-second walk in either direction to the soft, golden sand and warm-water swimming and snorkeling that only Maui's south shore can offer.
Everything is brand new, beautifully done, and totally renovated. The unit is chilled with a new split system AC unit, with stations in the main living area and bedroom. Premium cable content is displayed on expansive Smart TVs, and the lightning quick Wi-Fi signal is strong. A fully functional kitchen was outfitted by its Northern California owner, who set the condo up as a comfortable, high-end second tropical experience. They took the renovation deep, even replacing the condo's original windows.
The Master Suite features a King bed with a brand-new hotel-level luxury mattress. The shower was artfully renovated. The unit features new paint, flooring, fans, fixtures, and cabinets. It's set up to host four in style, with a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Icing on the cake: the Royal Mauian's private penthouse barbecue and viewing deck, with arguably the best views of the Kihei shoreline, outside a helicopter. Gas grills, a fridge, table, and sink are open to guests of this unit, and it's an amazing place to wind down your day over beverages. There's also a beautiful sunning lawn out front, and an ocean front pool for guest use.
The property is located in the heart of South Kihei, and is at the epicenter of the island's active beach lifestyle. Paddle board or kayak right off the unit, with gear rental across the street. Take surf lessons at South Kihei's 'Cove,' a two block walk. More than a dozen restaurants, of all persuasions, await nearby. And alongside the condo, the island's longest beach walking path meanders in both directions, taking you past five wonderfully distinctive beaches.

Our family of 3 (2 adults, 1 infant) loved this rental! Everything was clean and comfortable, and the location could not be beat right between two great beaches. Perfect for a family friendly trip with plenty of restaurants, grocery, coffee shops, food trucks within walking distance. Also a decent snorkel spot, my husband saw a turtle one morning!

Absolutely stunning balcony views, from sunrise to sunset. This is about as close you can get to ocean without being in the ocean. Loved hearing the waves lapping at night.Apartment is equipped with chairs and towels for a great beach day. You can literally walk from door step into the ocean and snorkel with turtles and tropical fish. Be sure to hit the water early for snorkelling or surfing, the trade winds whip up by noon. The building parking lot was ample and easy to find a space each night, very handy. Kitchen was suitably equipped for a short stay. But be sure to check drawers/cupboards for supplies before going out and cooking any large or elaborate meals.Location is fantastic in between Kihei and Wailea. Walking distance to shops and food trucks and The Cove. Very quiet at night.Would happily stay here again!

We had a wonderful day at the property. The apartment is spacious and well equipped with all the necessities. This views are stunning. Overall, the apartment is located in in a complex that is very well maintained and has also lots to offer. We really liked the bedroom with ocean view it’s the most common feeling to hear the waves during the night overall, we highly recommend this location.

The condo was exactly as advertised and perfect for us in every way. We didn’t have a single complaint and wished we could have stayed for another week. Loved it!
My husband and I stayed 10 days ay Royal Mauian 309, and absolutely loved our stay.We encountered an issue with the tv when we first arrived and reached out to management. They were great responding quickly and resolving to our satisfaction.I have noted with mngt that it would be helpful to guests to add a couple items to kitchen, such as a can opener, but we were very pleased with everything.We would definately chose this location and condo again.
This place had so much to offer. Fully equipped kitchen, all cooking supplies/spices you need. Highlights —>couples of lunch box for us to pack fruits to take to the beach. That's sweet. They provided all the beach essentials, like cooler, umbrella, and beach chairs. Washer and drying rack were very useful after we came back from beaches. The host did communicate with us regarding to the neighbour unit is under construction. We stayed for 1 weeks, only heard noisy for 2 weekdays.
Lovely oceanfront condo! Very clean and kitchen well appointed. Made good use of the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler on Kamaole I Beach, which was just a couple minute walk from the condo. Saw plenty of sea turtles and many whales spotted right from the comfort of the lanai. Condo location was convenient for the activities we planned.
We’ve been coming to Maui for many years, but this was our first stay at the Royal Mauian. It turned out to be the best yet! This unit had everything we needed…especially the ocean breezes (didn’t even use the A/C!) & the sound of the waves lulling us to sleep. Definitely a winner!

Lovely view of the ocean and sunsets. Enjoyed the roof top for sunsets too. Convenient location next to all the parks and beaches in Kihei. We will be back!
2nd time staying at this property. We love the location and unit. Some items are getting tired and worn vs our last stay, we had to get a replacement coffee maker as the original unit was not working, property manager todd was on it right away and delivered a new unit within hours, thank you. Overall a great condo.
Surprised that the kitchen had an issue with insects. Management did drop off traps and spray, but problem seemed difficult to cure.
We very much enjoyed our stay here. The condo was great. The area with many good food options within a short walk was great. We snorkeled right in front of the condo and saw so many turtles and beautiful fish. We can't wait to come back.
The condo, the room, the landscaping, the location… Everything was absolute perfection. Definite will be coming back in the future with children and grandchildren
