This stunning, fully remodeled one bedroom oceanfront retreat has been thoughtfully upgraded with a bright, airy aesthetic and tasteful decor that feels both fresh and deeply welcoming. From the moment you arrive, the sparkling Pacific fills every window and every corner of your vision, setting the tone for a stay that is nothing short of extraordinary.
The private lanai is where you will spend a great deal of your time, and for very good reason. Whether you are watching honu glide through the turquoise waters below, keeping your eyes on the horizon for a breaching whale during season, or simply breathing in the warm, salt scented ocean air as the sun dips toward the water, this lanai delivers a front row experience of Maui that feels almost too good to be true.
Inside, the living space is open, bright, and beautifully appointed. A queen sleeper sofa in the living area provides comfortable additional sleeping space for up to 4 guests, and air conditioning keeps the room perfectly cool while ceiling fans throughout the unit keep the tropical breezes moving beautifully.
The bedroom is a peaceful and restful retreat, anchored by a brand new king bed and a smart TV for those evenings when you simply want to sink in and stay put. The beautifully updated bathroom features a spacious walk in shower that feels generous and luxurious, the kind of shower that makes getting ready feel like part of the vacation.
The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for anything, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and everything else you could possibly need. Whether you are whipping up a quick tropical breakfast or preparing a full meal at home, this kitchen makes it easy and enjoyable. An in unit washer and dryer means you can pack light and stay as long as Maui will have you.
Beyond your front door, the Royal Mauian continues to impress. The oceanfront pool is a dream, the library on the second floor is a quiet and welcoming retreat, and the rooftop garden with its BBQ grills and sweeping views of the ocean and Haleakala is the kind of place that turns a simple evening into an unforgettable one.
Beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and an umbrella are all provided in the unit, so you can head straight to the sand with everything you need. With Kamaole I and II just steps away, the only question is which beach calls to you first. And when the mood strikes, the warm tropical waves are perfect for a refreshing swim, a stand up paddle, a surf lesson, a snorkel, or simply a long, unhurried walk along the shoreline as the sun sets over the Pacific.
Right outside the complex, the flavors and charm of Kihei are waiting for you. Some of South Maui's most beloved dining is just a short walk away, including Cafe Olei, Da Kitchen, Maui Thai Bistro, Coconut Fish Cafe, and the legendary Maui Shave Ice. Hawaiian Moons health food store is nearby as well, along with boutique shops, snorkel rentals, and a surf school. Everything you need is close, and everything you want is even closer.
To honor the aloha spirit for all guests and residents at the Royal Mauian, we kindly ask that occupancy remain at a maximum of 4 people at all times, including adults, children, infants, and overnight visitors. The property is smoke free, one parking space is included per unit, and exterior cameras are in place throughout the common areas for everyone's comfort and security.

The photo of the view from the balcony sold me immediately, and it didn't disappoint. Every morning and sunset were amazing, short walk to the beach, short drive to Wailea beaches and great close shopping and food. Facility was quiet, clean and perfectly located to everything. Loved every minute!!!!
It has beautiful views but the unit you get is very likely not the unit in the pictures. A bit dated but overall nice. They do warn you everywhere as well that if you do anything against the rules you will be fined.

Great location with fabulous view!
The condo was clean and well equipped and extremely conveniently located in Kihei. Beach access was also super close and handy. There is an unobstructed view of the ocean and beach from the condo. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided by the host.

This unit could use a dish towel, new sheets( the current blue sheets are pill ridden), a sliding door that locks, and a light bulb above the vanity. Also, some cleaning products would be helpful like windex, counter cleaner, and toilet bowl cleaner.
Condo was exactly as described and very well maintained. The complex has easy access to a nice beach (w/ lifeguard) and pool. Very close to restaurants and shops. Excellent communications with Condo organization representatives. View from porch was beautiful! Highly recommended.

It was clean, well kept, and stocked with everything you need. It was the best location for me. Within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. There’s a trail right over to the large beach next to the property and turtles rolling around in waves right off shore every morning while I was there. Management sent many emails and texts checking in to see if I needed anything or anything they could do to make my stay better. I would definitely recommend working with this management team and host if you’re heading to the islands, you won’t regret it. I will be back soon.
Lovely stay. Plenty of room for a couple. Amazing views. Prime location. On a great beach. Towels, chairs, coolers, everything you’d need. Condo felt safe, mostly older folks and families.
This place is perfect, ocean front and walking distance to groceries restaurants and parks
The location can not be beat. It had everything you need, and it was clean. The only suggested would be to replace the vessel sink, as it takes up too much room and perhaps add a box spring under the mattress, the bed was low for us “Seniors”…maybe next time you remodel you could consider these minor changes.
