The open layout flows naturally from the spacious living area through to the large private lanai, where the golden sands and turquoise waters of Kamaole Beach I stretch out before you in a view that never gets old. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and ready for anything, from a simple tropical breakfast to a full dinner spread, with everything you need to cook and dine at home in comfort and style. The living area is warm and inviting, with a queen sofa pull out that gives your group of up to 6 guests plenty of comfortable space to relax and unwind. Split AC throughout and ceiling fans in every room mean the temperature is always just right, no matter the season.

Both bedrooms are beautifully appointed and restful, each offering its own sense of privacy and comfort. From the primary bedroom and living room alike, the views of Kamaole Beach I are nothing short of stunning, a constant reminder of just how special this location truly is.

The ground floor location is ideal for families with children who love to play in the open air, or for anyone who simply wants to feel connected to the natural beauty that surrounds this property. The sand, the surf, and the gentle sound of the ocean are always just a few steps away.

The Royal Mauian itself is a destination within a destination. The oceanfront pool offers panoramic views of the Pacific that take your breath away every single time. The rooftop garden is something truly extraordinary, with 360 degree views stretching across the ocean and all the way to the majestic slopes of Haleakala. During whale watching season, keep your eyes on the horizon because these magnificent creatures have been known to put on a show right from the rooftop.

Beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and an umbrella are all provided in the unit, so you can head straight to the sand with everything you need. With Kamaole I and II just steps away, the only question is which beach calls to you first.

Right outside the complex, Kihei wraps around you with beloved local restaurants offering a range of wonderful cuisines, charming cafes, boutique gift shops, a health food store, a general store, snorkel rentals, and a surf school, all within easy walking distance. Do not miss the chance to cool off with a famous Hawaiian shave ice, one of those simple joys that somehow tastes better here than anywhere else on earth. For those who want to venture a little further, award winning golf courses, fine dining, upscale shopping, and world class tennis are all just a short drive away in Wailea.

To honor the aloha spirit for all guests and residents at the Royal Mauian, we kindly ask that occupancy remain at a maximum of 6 people at all times, including adults, children and infants. The property is smoke free, one parking space is included per unit, and exterior cameras are in place throughout the common areas for everyone's comfort and security.
