Welcome to the Royal Kahili! This is our home for 3-4 months out of the year, so it is comfortable and well appointed for your stay.
Extensive renovations to the unit. It is gorgeous! New kitchen and guest bath, fresh paint and baseboards, updated light fixtures and ceiling fans. Have a look at the videos to see each room in detail.
Quiet 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo at the beautiful Royal Kahili. Unit is in the rear of the building, so you don't hear Alii Drive, just the ocean and the birds. This is one of few units in the building that does not require any stairs to access. Teak lanai furniture. WiFi, Direct TV/Roku, flat screen TV, DVR/VHS player included. California King bed in the master bedroom; two twins in the 2nd bedroom. A/C and washer/dryer. Coffee maker and bean grinder in the kitchen. Renovated kitchen. Updated master bath with tile and glass block walk-in shower. Updated guest bath with new shower stall. Tile floors throughout, fresh paint and colors in every room.

Condo was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and well stocked with essentials. It was just across the street from the beach and the pool in complex was lovely. Edward was the perfect host. He was always responsive with any question or request. We highly recommend this condo. Grab it fast. You will not be disappointed.
Check in was easy, directions were on the app. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Pool and hot tub were very nice. The unit was on the 3rd floor and was quiet.
We had a great time. The view from our room was great and we all loved the pool area.
Hawaii (The Big Island) is our most special vacation spot, and Kona town is our favorite locale. That makes this unit the absolute perfect jumping off spot, and a wonderful place to recoup, talk story, and plan for the days ahead. Working with the owner was very easy; he was proactive in his communications and quite accomodating. The unit was well equipped, with everything you could ever need for living comfortably. The coffee grinder was a wonderful touch! There was plenty of bedding, the place was spotless, and the updates to the decor are on point! We enjoyed the walk-in shower in the master bath, and the Lanai was our second favorite spot to hang out. We enjoyed the pool, the barbecues, and the best sunsets, right across the street in the little cove. Not a single negative with this wonderful unit and owner!

Everything you need is provided in the kitchen. the balcony and living space are very comfortable and the 2 bathrooms are very nice. The twin beds in 1 room are very practical and the pool and hot tub are great. Owner was very responsive to all our needs.
HAd one small issue with the AC unit - and owner got it handled right away. Was very quick to respond. Place was clean and beds were comfortable. Quite a few friendly cats cruising around as well. Pool area was nice. Would stay again without hesitation.

We were very pleased with our stay. This was our 1st trip to Hawaii, and I had communicated with Ed and he was great with tips. Shops with in easy reach, and lots to do on the big island, all with in driving reach. The place itself is very well kept & well stocked with every thing that you can think of. Towels & beach gear - even snorkels & a cooler to carry your drinks or lunch if you need to keep it cold for a day trip. We stayed 8 days & we had so much to do & see that we didn't have any time to enjoy the pool that is with the property - which also has a gas grill if you wanted to grill something to eat for dinner or lunch. Overall an A+ rating for our stay here.
Our family of 4 had a wonderdul stay at the Royal Kahili. Amazing location across from the ocean and close to Keauhou and Kailua town. The pool grounds were beautiful. A lot of tables and chairs and loungers to hang out and bbq. We enjoyed many hours at the pool. It is a quiet complex. The condo itself was cozy and clean with comfortable beds. There were beach towels and chairs to use which were much appreciated. Royal Kahili is an older complex built in the 70s. Definitely shows some signs of age. The parking lot is small and can be tight if you have a larger car. But we would stay here again. We stayed for a week and were sad to go. This place is a hidden gem.

This unit was very clean, a great location and was stocked with all the amenities you could possibly want for a trip to the big island! The owner of this condo was extremely thorough on what was provided at this location! We had the trip of a lifetime! Highly recommend staying here!
