🚧 CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Stucco repair work is ongoing at the resort. It does not affect amenities such as the pool, fitness center, lobby, or elevators, though light daytime noise may occur.
🌊 BEACH INFORMATION
The beach fronting Royal Kahana experiences seasonal ocean current changes that affect its size and accessibility. During fall and winter, the sand may wash away but typically returns by spring and summer.
Our HOA, the County of Maui, and the State of Hawaii are actively working to restore Kahana Bay.
If direct beach access is unavailable, a public access point is within a 5-minute walk. Photos from January 2024 show usable beach, though this is not guaranteed.
🦎🐓PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Maui’s rural setting means you may encounter roosters or harmless geckos, they’re friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck. Please don’t harm them. The HOA performs regular pest control, but insects and lizards are part of tropical life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. If you notice excess pest activity, we’ll work with the HOA to address it.

Instructions to gain entry to the unit were clear.
Great location to all the shopping and food without it being in the middle of the crowds, with easy access to roads. Beautifully decorated unit, well stocked with amenities. Right on the water to hear the waves and see the turtles! would recommend to anyone i know...
This is a perfect location and the condo was very nice with a great view. My only suggestion is that “remodeled “ would generally suggest new kitchen appliances. An ice maker would have brought my rating to 5 stars.
