This unit is tastefully appointed with classic Hawaiian decor, features a king size bed & a twin sofa sleeper. The condo accommodates 3 guests. Keep cool with central AC & ceiling fans throughout. The resort offers many amenities and located in a great area close to farmers market, shops, & dining. This condo is fully equipped & ready to make amazing Maui memories.

Digital safe and beach gear provided (chairs, umbrella, cooler — no snorkel gear).
Bathroom: Walk-in shower, single sink vanity, fresh towels, and luxury organic bath products courtesy of Stay Aloha.

🚧 Construction Notice: Stucco repair work is ongoing at the resort. It does not affect the pool, fitness center, lobby, or elevators, but light noise may occur during daytime hours.
🏝 Zoning Notice: This property is Hotel Zoned and NOT in danger of the possible upcoming short term rental ban.
🌊 BEACH INFORMATION
The beach fronting Royal Kahana experiences seasonal ocean current changes that affect its size and accessibility. During fall and winter, sand may temporarily wash away but typically returns in spring and summer. Our HOA, the County of Maui, and the State of Hawaii continue working to restore Kahana Bay. If beach access is limited, a public beach access is located within a 5-minute walk. Photos from 1/16/23 show useable beach, but this is not guaranteed.
🦎🐓PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location, you may experience the occasional rooster or harmless gecko. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii — please don’t harm them. The HOA performs regular pest control, but insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you notice excessive activity; we’ll coordinate with the HOA.
☀️CLIMATE: Hawaii’s tropical climate allows insects, rodents, and lizards to thrive. Any encounters, inside or outside, do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.

Beautiful oceanside.
This property has a great view. We saw whales & turtles every single day from our balcony. Clear ocean view. The house was stocked with everything we need and the bed was so comfortable. I highly recommend and will go back again.

We had such great stay! The room was the perfect size for the two of us and the view from to balcony was just like the pictures! We were very grateful for the washer and dryer in unit as well. Great location with lots of beaches only minutes away! Pool was also very nice, never too crowded and very relaxing. Watched the sunset on the beach each night :) Thank you so much to Shelly and Dan for sharing your place with us. We are already talking about coming back! Much Mahalo, Jess and Josh
We loved this location , the beach was very nice and less busy than some of the main beaches. Nice area to go for a walk or run and plenty of stores and restaurants near by.
Nothing fancy but everything
Very comfortable, clean & convenient!
What can you say you're in Maui, the view was amazing..seen all kind of whale action!! The host had everything you could need to enjoy the pool and or beach. On the other hand the bed was way to soft for us but that doesn't mean it could not be to your liking, don't let that stop you from visiting their wonderful place!!

First of all I want to acknowledge what a great hosts Shelly and Dan are. Their communication was very clear and warm, and they were even able to accommodate us with an early check in time!. The unit was clean and awesome, an absolute joy to stay in for our vacation. The balcony has a beautiful view and the location was so convenient with gorgeous beaches just a few minutes drive or walk away.
Really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very quiet unit with a nice ocean view. Good space for up to 3 people. Will definitely consider it again in the future.
We loved our stay at Kahana resort! Especially the views and watching the whales!
