Cross the street for the white sand and bright water at Laaloa Beach, then come back to a lanai made for a slow Kona sunset. This two-bedroom, two-bath condo sleeps six and gives families room to spread out, with partial ocean views, air conditioning, a full kitchen, and a private washer and dryer. The shared outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, game room, and covered grilling pavilion mean there is always an easy option between beach outings. Drive Alii Drive toward Kailua-Kona for restaurants and the waterfront, snorkel at Kahalu'u Beach Park, or spend a morning visiting a Kona coffee farm. This is an easygoing Big Island base for a family or a couple traveling with friends who wants the sand close and plenty of ways to settle in.
The Space:
Patterned tile, Hawaiian watercolor art, and new luxury vinyl flooring in the primary bedroom give the air-conditioned interior a relaxed island feel. The spacious lanai has a conversation area and an iron-and-glass dining table facing partial whitewater ocean views. Two bedrooms, two baths, and four beds sleep six, with a full kitchen and private washer and dryer ready for real vacation living.
Guest Access:
This Kailua-Kona condo offers access to a shared communal and outdoor pool, a hot tub, sauna, and resort game room with a pool table, plus an elevator serving the building. Guests get a private entrance and beach access nearby. Some resort facilities are operated independently by the resort.
The Neighborhood:
Laaloa Beach sits along the south end of Kailua-Kona's Alii Drive, where the Kona Coast is sunny, dry, and made for getting in the water. Kahalu'u Beach Park is a favorite snorkeling stop nearby, and the restaurants, shops, and harbor in Kailua-Kona are an easy drive north. South of town, coffee farms and the lava landscapes of the Kona coast make a good change of pace from the beach. Stay here when you want a genuine Big Island mix of sand, snorkeling, coffee country, and sunset drives.
Getting Around:
Kona International Airport is about 25 to 30 minutes away by car. A rental car is recommended for exploring the Kona Coast at your own pace. Laaloa Beach is across the street, while downtown Kailua-Kona, beaches, snorkeling spots, and grocery stores are an easy drive away. Parking is available in the nearby reserved stall.
Other Things to Note:
White Sands Village campus is non-smoking. No steps are required with the use of the elevator to the condo from the close proximity reserved parking stall. Pool users must be continent; babies are not allowed in the pool with swim diapers. A small wading pool is provided next to the pool for baby use. This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.

Great property and location. Everything as advertised and well put together. Restaurant across the street was very nice with a very short walk to the beach. Shopping was convenient and nothing too far away. Definitely stay again!
Condo was great for a few days. Very clean upon arrival and we appreciate the no shoes request as it keeps things cleaner. Kitchen has new appliances however could use some updates on mixing bowls and utensils. Location is great for the pool and beach. Only issue with the pool is that children in swim diapers are not allowed, so our son had to sit out on the fun. This isn’t the condos fault but the HOA policy. Just be aware. Overall it was a good stay.
We enjoyed this condo and its convenient location. The unit itself was very clean, well stocked with necessities, and up to date tech. The information sent was clear, accurate and helpful. Highly recommend!
Great. Grounds very clean and nice. Condo very nice. We had two small issues that were handled right away.
The space was clean and convenient to many of Kona's offerings. The lanai was nice. Only concern was that it didn't seem to have a heated pool. Otherwise, it was very nice..
I would definitely stay here again! Everything was exactly as described. I don’t think I have one complaint… That is, except I did not book our vacation for four months! Thank you Lynn and Sharon! The water colors are amazing!
We very much enjoyed the lanai with a lovely ocean view! The Magic Sands Beach is righr across the road. The unit is conveniently located close to the pool with a view of the lush garden. The condo is clean, nicely furnished and spacious. The master bed is very comfy. The kitchen is modern and clean with plenty of dishes and utensils. The beach chairs and coolers were most appreciated. The lanai furniture is very comfy.Thank you for a wonderful stay!
We were so happy to have such a beautiful place to stay for our vacation. Sharon and Lynn have a beautiful home. We benefited greatly from all the 3-ring binders full of useful information that they left for their guests. With a fully stocked kitchen, lots of bath and beach towels, beach chairs, washer and dryer, etc… we had everything and more than we needed to have a relaxing vacation.
