Heart of Waikiki! Modern 2 bedrooms/1 bath, short walk to the beach! Washlet!

Property was in an excellent location. Easy to walk to shopping and beaches. Clean and well maintained. Worked well for our family of 5. Check in was a breeze and free parking was helpful and convenient. Laundry onsite was a great plus as well. Overall, great stay and would book again with this host.

It is nice location the picture showing on the actual place look like. It is very convenient in and out and also there was a parking space available not at the same building but it’s just a block away. I wish there was some cooking seasoning or cooking oil available. Also, there was no scissor in the kitchen we can use.

Location, location, location. Couldn't beat the location of this condo. Close to everything and having a parking pass was a huge win. Spent 50/day at the hotel we stayed at during our last stay in Honolulu. AC and fans worked well, the 2nd bedroom was a bit warm at times, but definitely tolerable. The kitchenette was great for our family to save money on a few meals during our stay and not have to eat out. Paul was great with our checkin and after identifying a small issue with a broken coffee pot, he immediately addressed it. The only real negative thing to share was the couch was definitely in need of replacement. It's very tired and my son is pretty tolerant with where he sleeps and even he had difficulty with this pull out bed. Tried to sleep on the couch, but it was pretty well used and didn't have much more support. Eventually made the best of it and used the couch cushions on top of the bed and he was content. I'll end on a good note, plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and snorkel gear in the outside deck box made beach visits very convenient.

This property was clean, in a good location, and with a fairly well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay!

Both the main bedroom and living room had AC units, which made a big difference during the hot summer days. One of the bedrooms didn’t have AC, just a fan, but it was still comfortable since the other units kept the apartment cool overall.Paul, the property manager, was incredibly responsive and accommodating—he kindly arranged for both early check-in and late check-out, which really helped with our travel plans. The kitchen had stainless steel cookware and a dishwasher, making it easy to cook meals at home (especially important for us with dietary restrictions). Just note that there’s no cooking oil or seasonings, so bring your own if you plan to cook.We also really appreciated the extras—beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and fins were all provided. The elevator is conveniently located right next to the apartment too, which made coming and going a breeze.The only small downside was the pull-out sofa, which wasn’t the most comfortable—we ended up putting the mattress on the floor. But in the end, all six of us slept cozily and felt right at home.Overall, for the location, view, and overall convenience, we’d highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

We loved the location! It was close to everything, but we didn’t hear a lot of street noise. The view from the balcony is amazing. We spent most of our time out there. The layout was perfect for us and our two daughters (ages 12 and 14) we can’t wait to come back!

Attempted to email the company directly in which they responded but again the issue wasn’t resolved and we couldn’t use the dishwasher for our entire stay. Definitely would have enhanced our experience there had the property manager been more responsive to us. Overall, would recommend staying at this condo if you’re looking for good central location in Waikiki.

Good beds. Good location close to beach with lots of dining options. Kitchen stocked adequately although with didn’t use it much. Only thing missing was a pool. Paul was very warm when he met us. A good rental for a few days.

This location was beautiful. This location had everything we needed. We loved the location, as we were near a 24 hour CVS, great food and shopping, and only 5 minute walk to the beach. My mother and her friends are considering traveling to Hawaii, and I plan to recommend this company.

I'm giving it a 3 star review because it felt more like a hotel than a home. This need to be updated & made to feel cleaner. for the amount we paid. I just felt unhappy with what I spent. Thanks.. JerryB

Was satisfied with the property. Close to everything including the beach. Parking at the lot was easy and convenient.

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was clean and as advertised. We had 5 adults, and the condo fit us comfortably. I probably wouldn't recommend more. The two balconies give extra space. The location was ideal for downtown. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go: the convention center, restaurants, and the beach. A place to get shaved ice was a few buildings away. It was delicious, and maybe a little too close and convenient!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was close to beach, food and shopping. Parking was nearby. Our party of 5 have no complaints. Highly recommend!

Stayed here with our family of six. The unit was clean and very convenient to everything in Honolulu.

I love that everything is accessible...parking is so near, shopping is just around the corner as well as the beach area. We have a nice view in the Lanai and we saw the Friday night fireworks. Check-in is a breeze and the unit is clean and has all the basic needs.

location could not be beat. we didn't stay in waikiki the entire time so having parking nearby (next block over) was everything. check in and check out was smooth. i loved the big balcony as it was the place for quiet morning coffee as well as late into the evening dinner w wine food and good conversation. abc store downstairs was also very convenient. i didn't have a chance to try, but the tonkatsu place downstairs as well as the ice cream across the street looked highly rated.

There were less than a handful of properties in our price range with at least 2 rooms (3 adults, 2 young kids), and I'm so glad we chose to stay here. Pre -trip support was quick and responsive, and check-in with Paul was a breeze! The space was comfortably located on the west side of Waikiki so we weren't in the middle of the noise but still convenient to everything, especially the beach. Having self parking included was also incredible as we could come and go as we pleased, and it ended up being a huge cost saver when hotels all charge a daily cost on top of the typical nightly rate. We'll definitely look to stay with a Captain Cook property again next time!

Property is as described. Contains everything you would need. We knew ahead of time there would be no oven. As photos show this is not a beach property. However, it is in an excellent part of town about a block from the beach in one direction and prime shopping a block away on the other direction. We had a parking space about a block from the property. Front door to the building is locked at night. We felt very safe. Kitchen is well stocked. There were also chairs and other beach items available for our use. Loved the bidet on the toilet! The condo is not fancy however, it has everything you could need to be comfortable on your trip. I would certainly book again.

This was disappointing. Room was not clean of dirt and phone did not work. Noisy with early morning garbage collection. Expected with 13 day stay in hotel to have clean linens/towels/t-paper after 5 days but told by Cpt Cook mgmt it was not included and disappointed again.

I totally understand washing towel ourselves, but their laundry facility is very small and crappy. So I hope they think about solutions.
