Good communication from host. Easy check in process. Place was neat and clean for the most part and super spacious. Beds were comfortable. My 2 kids and I loved sitting on the lanais with the amazing views! Great location. Would definitely recommend for a family.

This was a huge two bedroom condo close to the top of the hotel. Great views from the room, use the same elevator and seemed to be treated the same as hotel guests except no housekeeping services. They picked up our bags of trash from outside the room when we called housekeeping though. We had a four night stay here with four adults and two young children. We had sufficient towels and paper goods. A great perk was the ramp to the Ala Moana shopping center. We went shopping and got food there several times! Very comfortable place to stay and relax.

The condo is gorgeous. Well appointed, many balconies with gorgeous views. Easily sleeps 6 very comfortably. Plenty of room for a large group. Lots of sitting and right across from the mall with many shopping, food and grocery options.

Stunning views from all the lanais!Cleanliness was our only complaint. Needs a deep clean, under couch cushions, and vent and basabiards all need a good wipe. Found a really old , dead cockroach as well, beaide the couch.

We stayed in the apartment with our son and daughter-in law. The apartment was excellent in every respect, the Ilikai was a very good venue, and we greatly enjoyed our stay.Our only issue was the mishandling of a false fire alarm at 4am. Falso alarms happen. We have experienced them in hotels before. But this event was completely mismanaged by the Ilikai. Firstly, the announcement message was garbled and incomplete. Instead of saying "Don't take the elevators, it came out as "take the elevators". Then at the bottom of the stairs, there were no Ilikai staff to provide information or direction. Nor were their any other Ilikai staff engaged in managing the false alarm outcome. Then there was a 2nd announcement of a fire alarm after we got back to bed. And finally, there was no acknowledgement or information provided on the event. A simple note to guests the next day explaining the event would have helped. We suggest that VRBO take up with the Ilikai the need for improved management, training and communication relating to fire alarms.

The views are beautiful from all the rooms. The suite is spacious. It was nice to have three full bathrooms. The beach chairs helped us out. The location is great. The downside was that the suite was not clean. All the corners around the floors and the baseboards had accumulated dirt and dust. The same was seen behind the doors and appliances as well as under the beds. We wanted to get a cleaning of the unit but were told it will cost almost $400.

It was a absolutely amazing stay at this location. We used it forbthe 5 ladies who were using this place as a bridal suite. We loved it.

We enjoy our staycation and this rental property is in a great location for us to attend a function at the Hawaii Convention Center as well as doing a little shopping next door at Ala Moana Shopping Center. It’s also very spacious and comfortable and the views are great.

This property was exactly how it's advertised and pictured. We are a family of 5 and one baby and throughly enjoy the property, location and access to the amenities from the hotel. All the balconies are a plus not just for views but fresh air throughout the property. The only minor inconvenience was in the main bedroom when the balcony door is open it pushes the main door open even in the locked position. Other than that it is an excellent property well furnished and equipped. majo

My friends and I really enjoyed the place and will definitely rent it out again in the future. It did the pictures justice from how spacious it was to the views from multiple balconies. We didn't have any issues during our stay as other reviews might have mentioned. Checking in and out was easy. It's not owned by the hotel, but there was a good amount of supplies provided. I'd highly recommend it!

The condo was a great size for the number of adults we had with us. The location is right in the middle of shops and restaurants and lots of fun things to do. However there are a lot of homeless people camped around the center and several topless bars close by which leads to a rougher group of people in that area. There is definitely not anything to really cook with which is one of the reasons we didn’t stay in for dinners. However, I would definitely recommend this place for adults again.

Reviewer Comments: Our family recently stayed at this property and we have mixed reviews. The suite layout was great and very spacious. Large bedrooms were a plus. Having multiple lanai’s was great and and afforded different views of the city and ocean. Perfect location to shopping, restaurants, parks and beaches, everything walkable. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit. I suggest looking into another cleaning service. All 3 showers were dirty (hair and mold on 2 of the curtains). The carpets need cleaned and shampooed as evidence of the false eye lash we found on the floor. The couches are stained, one more heavily than the other. It was disappointing to see the lack of cleaning supplies and basic kitchen necessities. I’m on vacation and don’t want to think about the little things needed to cook (oil, salt/pepper, foil, baggies, etc). I would have rather paid another $50/$60 for these basic items to be there. It’s the little things that matter. This hotel is fairly close to a hospital and we heard sirens (police/emergency vehicles) almost nonstop. Just something to be prepared for. All in all, this is a beautiful unit if more attention is made to the cleanliness of it.

From the moment i stepped in, we were all blown away by the breathtaking view. The property was super clean, well equipped with everything we needed. This property is located in Ala Moana Hotel, which made everything super convenient. We were able to walk to Ala Moana Beach everyday, which is a beautiful beach, way less crowded than Waikiki Beach. It was also super convenient that there's Ala moana mall right next to the hotel, everything was within easy reach. Overall our stay at this place exceeded all expectations. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience!!!
