It is a lovely, practical choice for a couple who wants South Maui beach access without giving up a calm place to return to.
The Space:
The bright, open layout has modern updates and is arranged for two guests, with a comfortable one-bedroom, two-bath configuration. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a three-seat breakfast bar for relaxed meals at home. Partial air conditioning, WiFi, and a private washer and dryer cover the practical comforts. The primary bedroom has an en suite bath and a private patio for a quiet moment away from the day.
Guest Access:
Guests at Maui Kamaole enjoy access to the resort's two pools, pool spa, tennis courts, barbecue areas, and tropical garden grounds. Kamaole Beach Park III is across South Kihei Road, making beach time easy to work into the day. The resort's low-rise layout has no elevators.
The Neighborhood:
Maui Kamaole puts you at the south end of Kihei, between Kamaole Beach Park III and the start of Wailea. Kamaole III is the easy choice for a swim, a snorkel, or an unhurried sunset on the sand, while Keawakapu Beach lies farther south for a longer shoreline walk. South Kihei Road brings casual restaurants, coffee, groceries, and beach essentials within an easy drive. It is a sunny, practical South Maui base for families who want beach time to set the pace.
Getting Around:
Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.

I loved staying here. Everything I needed was available and more. The place is peaceful, relaxing, beautifully decorated, and with flowing energy. Super clean and everything looks new. Thank you for a magical vacation :)
Great Location Only complaint was that remote controls for bedroom television and front room DVD player were missing and we could not use them otherwise everything was fine and I would recommend to friends and family
This condo was really nice inside. It was very clean! We gave it a 4 stars out of 5 because the bed (not a king as advertised) is old and very uncomfortable as well as the pillows. We stayed here for 1 week and our bodies were in pain! The grounds are beautiful, but it is the very last condo on the main road so walking distance is far to restaurants and stores (1-2 miles). 2 beautiful pools! I would love to stay here again but probably wont because of the old bed.
We enjoyed our stay in this renovated unit. Everything was spotless and well-equipped, which made us comfortable. The two bathrooms were great to have! Check-in and out were a breeze. Thank you for the welcome package as well.
Well equipped condo, very private lanai, and the property well maintained.
Very clean except for some tiny bugs on the master bathroom vanity. I would have liked to do start a load of laundry of linens as we were leaving but there was no laundry detergent. Otherwise everything was fine.
This unit was nicely updated, comfortable and well equipped for our stay. The unit is in the back of the complex, close to the pool and is very quiet away from road noise. Maui Kamaole is also at the very south end of Kihei which is quieter than other areas of Kihei. I would highly recommend this unit.
