Interior Highlights

This place was better than advertised! Great communication! Very relaxing house
This vacation rental was perfect for our family of 6 (2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 granddaughters 10 and 12). It was clean, roomy with lots of space for alone time if needed, 2 covered lanais (we ate outside everyday we were there for meals), and the kitchen was fully stocked in every sense of the word (even an electronic meat thermometer and a lime zester). The pictures and background information are very accurate, the property management company very quick to respond to queries, and the property well maintained. I highly recommend this property.
Amazing place to stay but frogs are loud. You can definitely drown out the noise with the fans. The property management were amazing with needs and every accommodation. Just breath taking views and wonderful home. The pictures do not show the beauty of the home!
A family trip to make beautiful memories and create unforgettable moments. The house is well stocked with kitchenware and a very nice gift upon arrival. We utilized the lanai and pool daily; even during short bouts of rain. The views are gorgeous of the ocean, the garden has greenery and all different flowers in bloom. The frogs at night would sing us to sleep. Great place to stay and easy to get to and from all of our excursions!

We were thrilled with our stay at this location. It was so peaceful. We felt relaxed and felt at home immediately walking in the door. They even left an anniversary card for us and snacks. The view was amazing! We had everything we needed to make our meals at the house and we utilize the grill. We enjoyed the pool, as well. David, the concierge, was very helpful throughout our planning process! We are already thinking about our next trip there and will book this house again.
Puuwai Alii Place was an idyllic island retreat for us. The house is nestled into a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The gardens and pool outside make a wonderful oasis, with a spectacular sunset view. The home is very comfortable and outfitted with everything you need, in generously sized rooms. All in all, the home is worthy of a top recommendation. The evening wildlife songs (frogs?) can't be ignored, so a note of caution if that boisterous night-long chorus would be a problem for light sleepers. Otherwise, the morning bird songs and sweet flowers around the property really make for a great stay.
This home had everything you could want for a party that ranged in age from 3 mos. - 71 years old.
We absolutely loved our stay. We couldn’t have been happier. The home was exceptionally clean and fully stocked with all of the amenities we needed, including cooking utensils and KitchenAid appliances. The location of the home is ideal for couples looking for a quiet getaway, as it rests in a quiet neighborhood that is only about ten minutes away from the nearest restaurants and grocery stores. We rarely heard our neighbors and much appreciated having such easy access to the city environs. Even in the middle of August, we slept comfortably without use of an air conditioner and at times even required blankets to stay warm during the night! We were also impressed with the house pool, which was clean and very well maintained. We took advantage of the pool’s solar cover, which can be manually pulled over the pool to keep it warm at night. The pool averaged about 85 degrees during our stay, which we enjoyed since my wife and I prefer swimming in warmer water. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and superbly maintained. Kona Coast provides exemplary customer service, as they provide swift communication and are responsive to their customers’ needs. It is apparent they run a tight ship. My wife and I will definitely be back next year.

What an amazing stay we had. This place had amazing views in the morning and in the evening. The pool was fantastic. Highly recommend this rental. Everything we needed to cook and all the extra little things that make it easier. There were extra snorkel gear and coolers in the garage which saved me money on renting those!
