BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui's rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don't kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants' personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants' stay

We loved the location of this property, it was accessible to great beaches, food trucks and we saw many sea turtles from the small beach right outside. Maui Paradise Properties was very responsive when we had a question. Beautiful sunset views and a wonderful stay!
This was our first visit to Maui and while I have nothing to compare our stay to, I honestly think this was the best location/property that we could have asked for. It is so close to a great beach (several great beaches!) and to stores and restaurants in Kihei. It's a great location to explore from and we enjoyed a couple of short drives to visit a few different areas on the island. The condo is clean and very comfortable. We also appreciated the beach chairs & umbrella, the ability to do laundry when needed, and the lovely view. We all agree that we want to come back and stay here again!
We’ve stayed at this condo twice now and find the central location extremely convenient for a launching point to explore the island. In spite of being so centrally located its location, on a small residential road and right on the water makes for a serene and quiet spot to watch the sunset every night. We’ll certainly be back!

Punaloa Beach 202 is exactly what you you see on VRBO. It was immaculate, well appointed, and with a sunset view right on the shore. Communication with the property managers was seamless. Enjoy!
