Property Overview
You're sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in our fully equipped freshly painted 1 bedroom/2 bath condo. The beautiful views of the fountains, mountains and one of Maui's most popular beaches, Kamaole III Beach with lifeguards on duty 7 days a week. Makes for wonderful fun in the sun, swimming, snorkeling, diving, body boarding and sunbathing. Or you can stay right on property and enjoy the swimming pool, jacuzzi, 4 tennis courts, fitness center, concierge service and there are trellis covered gas BBQ grills at destinated locations on the property down on the ground level complete with picnic benches and lights for outdoor dining if you prefer. on our 15-acre vacation destination.
This condo comes with an assigned parking spot, just steps from the elevator.
Bedroom has king size pillow top mattress. Master bathroom has large shower.
Down the hall your open and spacious living room, dining room and kitchen are all decorated with a Hawaiian vibe and equipped with everything you need including a sofa bed, and a 65-inch wall mounted smart TV with streaming and Spectrum cable service.
Our condo features an EXTRA LARGE lanai with a padded chase lounge (great for anytime napping) and a table for 4. Where we enjoy our coffee in the mornings and our favorite elixir in the evenings. Which is where we personally prefer to spend much of our time. Thanks to the wonderful views of Haleakala off in the distance and people watching on Kamaole III Park and beach. We are never bored here.
The property is just minutes away from all of Kihei's best attractions, and guests are sure to get a true Hawaiian experience. Enjoy world-class shopping and dining at the Beautiful Grand Wailea. Take a pleasant walk to shopping, dining, fish tacos, sushi, shave ice, ABC store.
When the evenings come, join the locals at Kamaole III park to watch the Beautiful Sunsets. This is a MUST see.
At the time of check in at the front office there is a one time fee that you will need to pay to Castle resort of $79.00. this fee includes your permit to park and the property gate codes including the pool etc. (This fee is not affiliated with owners) This condo has an assigned parking spot,
