Beautiful & Spacious upstairs Apt in Poipu Beach Estates! One Bedroom with A/C!

Property was as described, perfect space for two. AC in the bedroom made for a good nights rest

The unit was spacious, well appointed, generally clean and comfortable and in a great neighborhood close to stores, the beach, and Old Koloa Town. It was an awesome home base for our stay in Poipu.

We totally enjoyed our stay in this one bedroom private apartment. The location was perfect with quick easy access to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The neighborhood is very beautiful and quiet. If you would enjoy coming home to peace and quiet after exploring the island this place is made for you. We had everything we needed from the kitchen, bathroom, beach equip, towels, AC in bedroom, laundry, bed was comfortable, and our own one car garage. But, our FAVORITE space was the lovely lanai. We started each day outside with our coffee and ended our days outside with a cocktail. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The place was beautiful and the location was as perfect. Very clean and lots of extras like beach umbrella, snorkel gear and beach towels. Would definitely recommend and great communication. We were nervous it being our first vrbo experience but 100% perfect

We really enjoyed staying at this property! The neighborhood was very nice and the house was clean with so many helpful amenities. We felt at home during our stay and would book again. It was conveniently located near many shopping centers, restaurants and beaches making quick runs back to the house easy. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have rented this property three times over the last few years. Everything in the home is in pristine condition. The home is in an upscale neighborhood and walkable to several restaurants, a shopping center and beautiful beaches. The nearby homeowners and their children are very quiet and keep to themselves. Once again, we would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an off the beach location with walkability.

Hot / humid day of arrival. Happy to see a mini-split to off-set the unseasonal temps and humidity. The AC is only in the bedroom area, but will chill and dehumidify the unit enough to make it comfortable. Picked up some pleasant evening breezes on other days. Place was clean and communication w/ host excellent, unlike some other stays. Location was great. Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes in a v. quiet neighborhood; close to beaches and had good kitchen area & bath. Overall excellent and would definitely stay again. Here the 'alohas' were sincere, and we appreciated that.

Dog lovers will love to meet Lucky, the owners dog. Situated in a nice neighbourhood which is a mile stroll/ run to the beach (if you love a morning run, cant recommend enough). Has a full kitchen thats well stocked with a stove and cutlery.AC is only in the bedroom and the living room is cooled by a fan, but we found it sufficient even when the peak outside temperature was 28C or 83FCarpark is secure and enclosed.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is spacious and clean, and has nice amenities. It's located is in a beautiful, upscale neighborhood. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. The private first floor garage was a plus too. We'd definitely stay here again.That said, these were our complaints:There's a single AC unit for the whole apartment, which is fine for keeping the bedroom cool with the doors shut, but isn't as capable for cooling off the entire apartment unless it's running constantly. We were out and about nearly all day we were there, and opened the windows and porch door to cool off the apartment in the evening, but it could be a bit hotter than we would've preferred at times.Also, the apartment was very hot when we arrived, as if it hadn't been opened up far enough in advance our arrival to sufficiently cool it off. We arrived to an apartment that must have been over 90 degrees, even though it was 70 something degrees outside.Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would happily stay here again.

True, the rental is spacious and spotless and well appointed with everything you will need. True the location is in a high end neighborhood and very convenient to Poipu and all the area has to offer. A minor tick off on location because the rental is above the garage and just steps from the entrance to the main house...and the family (rightfully) uses those spaces, a lot, at all hours, and sometimes with grinding equipment and loud conversations. Further, to have privacy the blinds need to be lowered, blocking those fabulous breezes which would otherwise come through the generous length of windows on all sides of the apartment. A tick-off on accuracy of posting because the exterior photos show the street view before it was built out. There are no longer undeveloped expanses beyond the patio. Large houses with similar garage-top rentals now line the road across the street. Finally, a minor tick-off with the interior because there are no reading lights around the sitting furniture...you have to rely on the overhead lights which at least are dimmable. A floor light or table lamp near the chairs or across the broad sitting area near the couch nook would add function and a cozier feel. (But yay to reading lights on both nightstands !). Finally, I should point out that it was the weekend when we stayed here and because I was sick, we were mostly at home. I don't fault the occupants of the main house...they need to do their home activities on the weekends.

This place was beautiful, beautifully decorated, felt beach classy. I stayed for 8 days. It really felt like home! Owners super nice. Very accommodating and quick to respond if I had questions. I recommend this to anyone and everyone! It was my dream getaway.

I had an excellent stay here. The property was just right for me and had all of the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It's in a great, quiet neighborhood and is walkable to the beach, nearby restaurants, and shopping. The kitchen is very-well equipped and the lanai is a fantastic place to unwind at the end of a long day. My only regret was that I didn't stay longer. Definitely plan to make it back here at some point!

This is a wonderful rental that has all the details of home for a very comfortable stay. They have a well stocked kitchen with high quality appliances. The bed and bedding are comfortable along with A/C unit for the bedroom. We especially enjoyed the Lanai and its tropical breezes. The owners are very hospitable and if we return we would stay there again. It is close to beach and very quiet. We recommend it highly.

The place was amazing. The location was great. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The inside was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen had everything we needed, the shower was really nice, and the bedroom was comfortable and had enough storage. The owners were kind enough to let us know we could check in early. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back someday soon.

We loved our stay here!! Everything about it was as it was described. The place was immaculate, gorgeous views from the patio, and the location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect. Close to the beach and central to everything we wanted to do on the island. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My wife and I loved spending just over a week of our honeymoon here! It was so convenient to have beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage - it made loading up the car for the beach so easy. Garage parking for our rental car was also great any time it rained. The kitchen was well-stocked and supplied all the necessities and the private grill on the lanai made cooking up our menu a breeze (Drinks on the lanai were also a perfect way to top off a long day at the beach). Overall, the location was fantastic, the rental was clean, well-stocked, and everything we needed.

This is a beautiful property close to the beach, food, shopping and exploring the entire island! The pictures reflect the property very accurately. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with the nicest cookware we have found in any of our VRBO rentals. The bed was comfortable and the lanai was incredible. Stephanie was an excellent host! She was very accommodating, answered our texts right away and even left us bottled waters and cookies upon our arrival. We would definitely stay here again!!

We've stayed in many vacation rentals over the past 20 years with this one being the best! Every detail was thought of to make our stay comfortable and the large lanai was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the trades. Don't even hesitate to book this place!

We stayed for a week and were very happy with this super spacious and well maintained appartment. Stephanie was quick with replies and helped us fast. Even though her family lives right next doors, you still keep your privacy (and they theirs). The pots and pans were pretty damaged (which can be expected from vacation rentals I guess). Other than that, a perfect location to spend your holiday. The neighboorhood was very new and clean. Most houses seemed empty (maybe used for summer houses). The area seems to develop overall with new roasteries and charming little shops. We were able to see turtles each nigt at Poipu beach!

Very Nice, quite neighborhood, well equipment kitchen, beach gear, centrally located. This is our second vacation to this spot, we highly recommend it.

My fiancee and I loved the spot - modern, spacious, comfortable bed, great living area and bathroom, etc. Great location, short drive to the beach (with the beach chairs / umbrella / towels they provided in-hand). Will be staying here in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was beautiful, and we especially enjoyed having our morning coffee out on the lanai. The amenities were fantastic; having beach gear, a washer and dryer, and a well-appointed kitchen made our stay so convenient. The location was perfect for exploring the south shore. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

Everything about this place was great. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable seating areas and bedding. The kitchen was fully stocked and the deck couch was awesome. We walked to the beach, for coffee and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous well appointed condo in a quiet residential neighbourhood within walking distance to the beach…what more could you ask for! All possible needs were met- excellent kitchen, luxurious lanai and bbq area, beach kit, washer and drier. Would not hesitate to recommend and already planning a return visit.

It was a pleasure staying at this property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, but close to the beach. The Apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable. It has a lovely lanai where we spent time enjoying the cool breeze. It was a perfect place to return to after a busy day of hiking, swimming or snorkeling.

Everything about our stay was perfect, from the communication with our host Stephanie, check in, design of the space, location. The lanai was the highlight. Could not recommend this place enough.

Easy breezy check-in process. Host was communicative with any questions we had. While not on the beach, it was within minutes of Poipu Shops, Beach, and the quaint old town of Koloa. We loved hanging out on the lanai, and having access to a huge kitchen. Very much appreciated the access to beach chairs, towels, boards, and snorkel gear!! Would absolutely stay here again!!

The property is very well taken care of with everything one needs when away from home. Beautiful views surrounding the area and easy walking distance to the beach, golf, shopping, and dining options. We travel to Kauai every year and would be happy to stay here again : )

This is a well kept and well equipped apartment in an affluent neighbourhood. There is a large bright area adjacent to the kitchenette that can accommodate many guests indoors and on the deck (we appreciated this since other family members from a nearby resort could drop in for a visit). Nice big bedroom with AC and spacious bathroom. Because it's too long a walk to the beach for us, we required car rental - but 20 minute walking might work for others. The hosts thoughtfully provide beach chairs and boogie boards for guest use. The agent was responsive. All in all a very satisfactory rental, we'd do it again.

Our host was wonderful. She provided great directions and turned the lights on when we told her we would be arriving late. The Poipu Estates community is very attractive. We had a view of the gorgeous garden from our window. Our apartment was stand alone and dry private.

Property was even better than advertised or expected. Excellent location and amenities and extremely well appointed.
