Great place to stay!

The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Close to the beach. Loved having air conditioner the bed was so comfortable. Would stay here again

This was an awesome location. Just a few steps to a nice beach and a short 1/2 mile walk or drive to a great one. Very quite with low traffic. Nice little local market and restaurants within 1 mile. Very convenient! Ocean view from the Lanie great furnishings and recreational equipment will definitely stay at this location when we go back.

Good price for what we desired on Kauai. We would go back to this location if Kauai was on our plans to visit, again.

This was the nicest place at Prince Kuhio we ever stayed. Air conditioning was a big plus. Well stocked with spices & cooking utensils, especially SHARP knives! We look forward to staying there in the near future.

The gardens, pool, and beautiful flowers and plants were such a wonderful setting to enjoy our time here. The place was very nice and we loved all the amenities the owner has. We will definitely come back to this area and we’d love to stay at this place again. The first floor of the parking garage was a wonderful place to park our car as the parking off the street was always full. The car stayed cooler by parking in the parking garage. This place was a huge blessing for us and made our time in Kauai great. This is a great location!!

We stayed three nights at end of January. The location was ideal for seeing the sites in the south coast and exploring the towns. We ate two nights at Savage shrimp —easy to walk to— and watched the sun go down at the little beach across from the condo. Loved all the extras Paul provides!

Overall a very happy pleasant stay. Minor inconvenience due to bathroom sink plug always stopped up and sink not draining unless one holds plug up. But bed very comfortable, kitchen very well stocked with useful kitchenware. Good location close to Lawai beach and Poipu shopping.

Stayed here for my honeymoon and it was perfect! Great location just a few minutes away from beautiful beaches and restaurants. Host was very fast at communicating, provided easy instructions and offers wonderful suggestions. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Thank you! Would definitely recommend!

Location is amazing, near the beach and several great restaurants. Also not too far for a day trip to Waimea Canyon and Kokee State Park. The condo had everything you'd need for a great time at the beach, chairs umbrellas snorkels. Paul is a great host. Extremely generous and responsive. My wife and I had an amazing time staying here. Cannot wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a lovely property with a swimming pool, lush vegetation and minutes away from a lovely viewing spot to watch the sunset. If you are a smoker, beware that it is a smoke-free property. There are, however, a couple of location on the property where you can go. A designated parking spot would be a nice addition. Thanks very much Paul for renting us your condo. It was so nice to have a place to call home that was not a hotel room. Your beach chairs certainly came in use as well. Your condo was so handy to Koloa and the many beaches that we visited. It was very well equipped with everything that we needed.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Location was nice, very near the beach, with a view from the lanai, and quiet. First floor location was nice--no stairs. Parking was easy, and plentiful. Nice kitchen with all amenities. We would happily stay there again.

We enjoyed the location and layout of the condo. We were happy it had a/c. Bed was comfortable. The pool area was lovely!

The condo is in an amazing location to serve as a home base from which to explore the south shore of Kauai, and was spacious and comfortable. The condos were quiet and relaxing, and much less crowded than I saw in Poipu. The condo also had the best stocked spice cabinet I’ve ever seen in a short term rental, too!

Baby Beach in walking distance. Lavai Beach with wonderful sunset in walking distance. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Very good information and communication with the owner (Paul). Very fine AC in the bedroom.

Paul communicated with us thoroughly, and promptly answered any questions. He even emailed suggested restaurants and attractions. Check in was a breeze. The unit provides so many amenities such as: Snorkeling items Ice chest Large insulated bag Boogie boards Two large plush Costco beach towels Kitchen was stocked including olive oil, balsamic vinegar and quite the selection of spices….many other items too Washer and dryer in unit was helpful. We were quite comfortable in the unit and never turned on the TV. We love the location and shopping for fresh ono to grill on the provided bbq. The AC and fans were great and comfortable. We enjoyed having the ocean at the balcony and tropical scenery on the front patio. We look forward to booking this unit again!

This was an awesome place just perfect for two people. The views were amazing. The condo provided so much. The condo grounds is gorgeous. You will not be disappointed and the price is so worth it. It was very quiet. A car is a must.

Everything was great. The location was perfect for our South Shore activities. The snorkel gear and other beach stuff was great to have.

We had a great time during our stay. I think the beaches described in the listing were not as large as I invisioned Nd we did travel to different beaches. Because we had a car we had a great time exploring the island

We loved everything about Kauai, the condo and the condo complex. BBQ’s were clean and in good working order. Pool was clean and sheltered from any breeze when it was too windy to swim in the ocean. The condo had everything you could need for a stay if you want to self cater. We found the Safeway in Lihue convenient to stock up on the way to the condo. Owner kindly supplies dishwasher and washing machine tablets plus there was oil for cooking.

The property was just as advertised! Kitchen was well appointed. The host was incredibly responsive and very kind!

This property is a gem! My husband and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo is just right for two people. The kitchen had everything we needed. The king size bed was very comfortable. We had wonderful sleep! The view off our lanai was so beautiful and peaceful. We didn’t feel like we were in the center of tourist even though we were. The garden along the front walk was breathtaking. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed grilling on the community grills. Parking here is meant for small vehicles so keep that in mind when renting a vehicle. The only drawback was the live rooster alarm clock outside, but that’s Hawii for you. No way around that. We recommend this property to any couple as a peaceful getaway. This unit would be a bit small for a family, but there is an air mattress available.

The condo was clean and very well furnished. Neighbors were quiet (except the roosters), the garden area was lovely, and the bed comfortable. The only downside was a loud whistle around the entry door when it was windy, but it wasnt enough to change my rating. Paul was very responsive and gave excellent directions for getting there. I'd love to stay again!.
