Enjoy this remodeled penthouse suite just steps from the beach in the Waikiki Banyan.
Two queen beds (most units at Waikiki Banyan have full-size beds). Full kitchen and quiet, cold AC in both the living room and the bedroom.
The building has free, secured garage parking and fast Wi-Fi.
Ultra comfortable beds with 600-thread-count sheets for the best night's sleep on your vacation.
This condo was thoughtfully designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. Unlike other units in the Waikiki Banyan, this is a true one-bedroom condo with a door (not just room-dividers). The bedroom has been expanded as well to accommodate two queen-size beds (most units in the Waikiki Banyan have full-size beds).
In addition to the full-size kitchen with a dishwasher, we've added quiet, comfortable, ductless AC systems in both the living room and bedroom for maximum comfort.
Some of the things our previous guests appreciate the most are:
- High quality, 600-thread-count cotton sheets and fluffy soft towels
- Ultra comfortable memory foam mattresses
- Hotel-quality, real feather pillows
- Room-darkening curtains
- Extensive cleaning checklist to make sure the place is spotless upon arrival
Perks like free, secured parking and laundry room on each floor make this building stand out from other Waikiki condos.
The 6th floor recreation deck has been completely renovated and the brand new facilities are now open for guests to use again. This includes the pool and hot tub area, BBQ area, sports court, and playground.
The pool hours are 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. The electric BBQs are available on a first come first serve basis and are $5 per hour. You can get a BBQ key from the security office in the lobby near the Tower 2 elevators. The sports courts are generally open for free use, but can also be reserved in advance at the security office as well.

Condo is amazing! Right in the middle of everything Waikīkī and convenient to restaurants and attractions. Saved a ton of money not having to Uber everywhere. Host very friendly and attentive. Hope to stay again.
