The Space:
The enclosed lanai is the natural starting point here, with seating for a slow coffee while golfers play below. Inside, this two bedroom, two bath condo sleeps up to six in four beds and includes a full kitchen and a washer and dryer, with a mini-split cooling the living room and a portable unit in the loft. The living areas are set up for comfortable downtime after the beach, while the lanai gives you a front row seat for the last light over Keauhou.
Guest Access:
This condo at Keauhou Surf & Racquet gives you a private entrance and balcony, with access to the community's shared pool. The grounds are set among golf course and garden views, with a ping pong table and outdoor seating available on site.
The Neighborhood:
Keauhou is a relaxed Kona Coast base with some of the island's easiest beach variety nearby. Kahalu'u Beach Park is less than a half mile away for snorkeling, and Magic Sands and La'aloa are about a mile farther down the coast. The shoreline near the community is only about 100 yards away, an easy place to watch the waves and a Kona sunset. Kailua Kona's restaurants, harbor, and shops are within reach, but Keauhou offers a more laid back return after a full beach day.
Getting Around:
Kona International Airport is about 25 to 30 minutes away. A rental car is recommended for exploring the Kona Coast. Keauhou Bay, Kahalu'u Beach Park, snorkeling, and dining are a short drive away, while downtown Kailua-Kona is farther north along the coast. Parking is generally available on site.
Other Things to Note:
Elevators are not available. A mini-split air conditioner cools the living room and a portable unit serves the loft, while both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

This home provided us with some much needed relaxation! It was clean, quiet, and right by the water. Doesn't get much better than that.
Easy parking directly in front of stairs to building. There are three flights of stairs so if you have walking restrictions you may want to consider another rental. The 2 bedroom and 2 full bath set up was very spacious. Beautiful views of a lush landscape from the screened in porch. The community has a pool and a nice walking trail. There is a grocery store, movie theater and restaurants and bars within about a mile each way walk which was a nice surprise and enjoyed.
Great location and amenities. Close to everything and all utensils included in the house. Would definitely stay again!!
The property was very livable and clean. All systems in the unit functioned properly. Furniture is less than new but in good condition. The screened lanai is wonderful with an okay view of the golf course. The pool and tennis/pickleball area is clean and modern. The grounds are well kept. Walks along the golf course and the seaside were beautiful and clean. The little-used public beach is more of a reef area and not for boarding or swimming, however other beaches are close by. Grocery and limited cafe choices are within one minute by vehicle. It’s a good location. The only complaint I experienced was that the website map indicated a waterfront location although had I checked closer I might have determined that it was not. I recommend it. It is up two flights of stairs. It’s under a wonderful canopy of trees in almost a jungle type atmosphere.

Great place, very clean! The place is in a great location. Loved the extras (boogie boards, towels, beach mats, etc). Easy check in/out. We would stay there again.

Unit is well appointed for the foodie, the adventurer and those seeking relaxation. It is especially nice to have all the beach gear a family would need- water shoes, snorkels, sunscreen- we would rent this unit again.

Walking into this home exceeded our expectations as we had just come from a small 1BR timeshare in Maui. Being a family of 5, this home provided all the comfort and space we needed. I absolutely loved the indoor/outdoor lanai area where I was also able to work and take video calls. WiFi was great for us all! All the amenities and activities gear was ready for us as well which was so great! Thank you for providing us such an amazing experience. This was a 4.5 star experience. Our only challenge was not being able to check in earlier which would have pushed it up to a 5. I know because of Covid restrictions this simply wasn’t an option which is understandable. It would have been nice though. Thank you!
