Ocean & Mountain Views - Split A/C System - 4 Minute Walk to the Beach!

The amenities were good and that is appreciated. Access to the beach parks was great. We did have a problem on the first day. One of our parking stalls was taken by someone else and a family member was coming to visit us. Made a couple of calls to no avail-was even told my sister could park across the street! It would help if there was a “live” person on the premise or even an office to go to to deal with complaints.

Everything was as advertised, we fully enjoyed our stay. The beach is great for toddlers.

Clean well stocked condo with great location to beach and shops, AC was great to have.

Perfectly located to be able to walk in either direction for food and shopping and Charley young beach for swimming and snorkeling right across the street. And just a short drive to wilea beach for another great beach experience.

Beautiful apartment right by the sea in a nice complex. The communication with the agency was great. They were always available and helpful.

We stay in Kihei every year. We love this condo. Cute, clean and had all the amenities like beach chairs, umbrella and ice cooler. We also cook a lot of our food and they had storage bins for left overs. We had some questions and the property mananger was quick to answer. Definitely stay here!

Great location, easy to get around!

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean and was exactly what we expected based upon the listing and reviews. The property manager was very attentive and accommodating. Bed was comfy and air conditioning was a huge plus. The beach was literally across the street and the location in general was perfect. We could walk everywhere with restaurants and shopping right there. This was a a great hidden gem in Kihei. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property was just as described. We loved how close we were to the great beach. The place had everything we needed.

Excellent, centralized location. Short walk to the beach, easy walk to grocery and restaurant. Apartment has everything you could want (cooking stuff, laundry, beach stuff, etc). Dry quiet location!Would be happy to return next time we are in Maui.

This was our second visit to this property. Booking process so easy, even making a couple changes, extending our stay before arrival after initial booking. The on island caretaking team was awesome to work with too. Nice location to beach and air conditioning in the bedroom a real plus!

We had a great time, the location and property description was exactly what we expected. Very central location, we would stay again in the future. The beach supplies was a plus!!

Traveled the whole island, also Volcano for the sunset. the condo was very clean. you can see a bit of the ocean from the balcony and the beach is a short 5 minute walk.

The apartment was lovingly furnished, the kitchen very well equipped. Beach equipment was available (4 beach chairs, parasol, cool box). We enjoyed our stay very much

My daughter and I stayed here for a little staycation. The owner and property management company were great to work with. We did have a little problem with the cleanliness of the floors but it was addressed right away and we were able to enjoy the few nights we stayed. Mahalo piha.

Everything was great. Location, ease of in and out, cleanliness, washer and dryer was immensely helpful. Will absolutely stay here again if we are ever back in Kihei.

The location was very close to the beach. The place was very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen to make some meals in, and also had all of the beach toys, umbrellas, ice chests, everything we needed for trips down to the beach! Would definitely stay again!

The condo is excellent, with everything you need. WiFi is very good - 115Mbps. Great communication with host Jeremy. Smooth check-in process. The only very slight thing is that the bed pillows were rather too firm for me.

Nice place to stay, really recommend waiting until construction is complete on the hotel across the parking lot though, if you can! Noise was too loud to sleep past 8, and just overall too loud through out the day.

Would book this place again in a heart beat! Can’t wait to come back! Condo had everything we needed inside and was well equipped for our days at the beach! Is within minutes of walking from the beach. It’s also very clean and well taken care of. The Host was very accommodating to our request for an early check in. The condo is very close to the elevator which was also convenient. Highly recommended!

More than I expected. I had a wonderful time.

Nice condo for the price. Great location close to nice beaches with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Staff I spoke with were very friendly and the closing/checking out process was easy. Two reserved parking spaces close to the building. The kitchen was stocked with essentials including storage containers for fresh fruit! The unit showed a little wear and tear--hardwood floor was mismatched throughout and it was warped/damaged in some areas. The screen door to the extremely small lanai was difficult to open and close. Overall, this unit met our needs and we would stay here again!

We were so pleasantly surprised with everything about this stay! The location and proximity to Kam 1 was great. The extras in the house saved us to much time/effort/money. Property was nice and clean. While the closed pool was unexpected the owner/manager approached us before we could contact them. We appreciate the thoughtfulness & care given to this management!

This location is very close to the beach, which was nice. We could walk to the beach or several restaurants within minutes. We enjoyed the sunsets, and you could hear the wind and waves. There is construction going on next door that starts fairly early in the morning, but we were usually up and heading out to explore. Hopefully, the pool opens up soon, it looks nice. We enjoyed the grills in the pool area!
