Elevator broke and we got stuck for 10 min but other than that great location and price, took my girlfriend here and we had a great time :)

The stay was within reasonable walking distance to solid restaurants, stores, and entertainment. We had issues during our stay that the host did attempt to fix. VRBO was helpful in providing credit to make things fair. The host provided a small credit as well. While parking comes at a substantial additional cost, it was convenient.

We were walking distance to most things, and there was a bike rental located right around the corner for locations that were too far. It was perfect for what we used it for.

The location is really good and you can go walking to any place in Waikiki.. Plenty of foood options nearby and overall is a not a bad option is you'll spend your day exploring the island as I did. The listing is accurate but the access instructions need to be updated as security doesn't have to activate your keys and the phone number for parking, no one answers the phone. Likewise the room needs a touch up and better maintenance.. Beach towels or chair could be included as well as better or blackout curtains

Great studio! The only thing not perfect was the light over the table flickered continuously. No worries, just didn't use it. Rec replace.

The property in itself was clean, the staff was friendly, and I loved the location being so close to the beach and things to do in Waikiki. We loved the Waikiki beach and the local places to eat while we were there, and with it being so close to the beach, I would highly recommend it as it was affordable and the location was perfect for us.

Hotel position not so bad, no issues in the areaThe issue for us was when arriving, the access to the drop box key did not make sense, but eventually we got in. Can probably blame jet lag for that.The room size is ok, beds/sheets as expected.But the bathroom, it’s 10 years past a refit. The toilet did not flush, the flush handle just flopping around not connected to anything, could not get hold of anyone so had to take the top of the cistern off to access the release chain every time to flush. Looked to have been like that for a while as the cistern chain end had corroded off and can see attempts to temporarily fix.Also the shower/bath did not drain, it filled up to halfway up with shower water then slowly drained out over a few hours, disgusting, also dangerous as hair conditioner accumulated at the bottom of the bath making it slippery. Used the plunger next to the toilet to try and get the bath to better drain, the black muck that came out made me almost sick and did not change anything.We stayed for 8 days like that.Really think what you want from a holiday if you want to spend a bit more for better memories.We did for our last 3 days in Hawaii.

Overall, my stay was great! The location made it easy to walk wherever i needed to. The room was the perfect size for me!

It's a great location. Good and shops are walking distance. Beach is as well. Room was a lot smaller than expected. Definitely get what you paid for. The sink stopper was broken and had to be removed in order to drain. Property was notified.

I’m trying to be objective. The room was as advertised, with some cautions. There is no fan, the beds are too large for the space (I kept hitting my shin on the wooden foot board when trying to walk around the bed to the bathroom), and water from the shower has caused the plastic finish to come off the side of the vanity causing it to begin to deteriorate. The main problem with this property is lack of communication. We arrived after an overnight flight and no sleep, stored our bags there, and began exploring. We came back to the hotel around 6 (you can actually rent a room at the hotel itself for cheaper than using this) and went to get the card key out of the lockbox. There was no key. Messaged the host, called the number we found for the realty management company, security called them also (they had no info on the company other than the number I had), contacted VRBO, and hours later began finally making some progress. To all of our surprise, the room had never been cleaned from the previous guest. We ended up paying for a card key and a room for the two nights it took to get the room cleaned, and moving into the original room we booked for our last night here. While the realty company did quickly reimburse us for the charges we incurred, it was a very stressful time not knowing where you were staying that night or if you need to.pack your bags. VRBO was not helpful either. Plus side-there’s a great food truck court right across the street and hotel people are super nice.

Loved being by the canal. Easy to walk and then catch a trolley. It was great that washing machines and dryers were on the property.

This hotel is located in a fantastic area, you can get just about anywhere on foot. It was just me staying which storage wise, was just right even if they offered an extra bed… and you can creative about storage here. Window AC was loud and weirdly the small gap between the windows sometimes brought in a nice breeze. It’s bummer you can’t open windows for fresh air. And also so many conveniences available on site: rent a car, coffee shop, mini mart, and a bar/restaurant.

Nice simple room. Beautiful view of the Ala Wai Canal & Diamond Head in the distance. Loved the convenience of being able to walk around Waikiki & to the beach.

Simple place to stay in Wakiki. Walking distance to beaches and good food. Parking sucks, $40 a night, which is crazy, but theres really no other options. Theres no kitchenette, just a microwave and a toaster. Didnt really matter becuase we ate out most of the time. Overall, its just a vaction crash pad and thats all we needed.

Location is excellent so convenient to be right in the begining of Waikiki! Sunrise was amazing from our room window. Traveled with my daughter for the weekend and it was so close to Ala Moana and lots of places to eat. Super cute lot with food trucks right accross the street and an ABC store right next. It is an older property and the room itself could use some upgrades. It was clean but could have used a new shower curtian liner and some fine detail cleaning. Not all items listed and shown online were available in the room. Room is very small not a lot of space for luggage. Worked out perfect for our stay though. No street parking but parking is available for $45 per day ($40 if prepaid for multiple days)

Old, tacky, randown, ghetto place. Matresses are cheap quality and pillows are flat as pancakes, the drapes are being held by thoughts and prayers, the once white microwave is all kinds of yellow shades from how old it is, and the hand drawing "hi"happy face on the wall above the toilet is creepy. Did not stay a single night of the 4 I had paid for, there was a dead roach legs up right outside, not the small kind, those big ones, and all I could think was there's bed bugs here, now, Idk if there were any, but I wasn't gonna stay and find out. I said hell no and booked my stay at Hyatt, there was just no way my kids and ai were gonna stay there. The pics on the ad are black and white for a reason and they really did their best at those, fooled me into booking it. The building itself and the parking employees, one word, ghetto. Would not recommend.

Cound definitely can use some repairs. new electrical outlets and the bathroom Lights look like they are about to fall off the wall. AC unit needs new seals around the window. otherwise a nice room.

The room was dirty, very different from the pictures in the web, the curtain in the bath had mold and the tub was dirty, the toilet seat was broken. The elevators didn’t work one day. Great location. I won’t recommend it at all.

Great location you can walk or is a 3 min drive to the beach or even the mall, the instructions were easy to follow

The only thing I liked from this property was its location. The unit itself is old, too small for three people and needs maintenance, especially the washroom...I honestly wouldn't stay again at this place.

Living area was great - fine for three young people in two beds. Microwave, Coffee maker, etc. A/C unit is loudish. Fridge is a decent size. Water temperature in the shower might swing a few degrees up or down randomly. SUPER EASY CHECKIN/CHECKOUT JUST TAKE THE CARDS FROM THE BOX/PUT THEM BACK. Waikiki is very walkable and there's plenty of eateries around, as well as shopping centers & BEACHES
