Rates are ALL subject to change. And please take note that hours & availability for parking may change without prior notice.
• $100 Damage Insurance Fee covers up to $1500 in accidental damage (Accidents happen — we have you covered)

CITY NOISE: Please note you are staying in a busy bustling city location in Waikiki. Some road and city noise is to be expected even on high floors. Please consider other island locations if you are looking for a more quiet getaway.

HAWAIʻI CLIMATE:

Hawaiʻi is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guests spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. The HOA does monthly pest control. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give the Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

DISTURBANCE NOTICE:

We make no guarantee that surrounding properties will be free from disturbances such as construction, traffic, or other guests. You are staying in a big city. These do not constitute a breach of this rental or any refund entitlement.
