The Space:
The open concept living area includes a full kitchen stocked with everything you need to make gourmet meals. A live edge monkey pod slab dining table seats six adults comfortably, while the leather wrapped chairs add a contemporary touch of elegance. A deep, comfortable sofa and chair and a wall mounted smart LCD TV round out the entertainment options in the living room. Designer lighting fills the space with a magical glow and a modern touch, while the air conditioning keeps everyone cool during the day. A private lanai hosts a concrete table for four with outstanding views of the manicured grounds, the ocean and the distant West Maui mountains.
The Master Suite is outfitted with a king bed and air-conditioning and features stunning ocean views. Step out onto the lanai and enjoy the outdoors while seated at a bespoke concrete table and enjoy the sights of the surfers' catching waves at the Cove Beach Park. Built with just the right amount of roof overhang, the tiled lanai gives you ample shade when you want it and sunshine when you need it. The master bath is fully tiled from floor to ceiling, with a walk in, glass walled shower as the focal point. The stone counter tops, and designer lighting tastefully add a warm touch to the space.
The upstairs guest suite features a queen bed, seating area and a full bath. High windows allow for soft lighting and great privacy. The seating area gives you space to unwind or enjoy your favorite read while staying cool in the air-conditioning. The ensuite guest bath has a walk in, glass walled shower as well as a stone topped vanity and designer lighting.
The air-conditioned downstairs suite comfortably sleeps two adults in the king sized bed. A large garden view window lets in plenty of sunlight, or drop the privacy shades for uninterrupted sleep at night. The bath is also fully tiled from floor to ceiling, adorned with the same stone counter tops and glass walled walk in shower.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of Penthouse II, including three private bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, a living area, and a covered lanai.
Guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool, two communal gas BBQ grills, and a complimentary washer and dryer are located on the property.
Four beach chairs, two boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and a cooler are provided for your sun-filled days at the beach.
The Neighborhood:
Villas by the Cove is located 25 feet from The Cove Beach Park, where guests can mingle with locals, take surf lessons, or body surf in The Cove's consistent small waves. Charley Young Beach, a long stretch of white sand ideal for beach walks and swimming, is another local favorite that's located at the end of the street, about a one-minute walk from the property front gate.
Getting Around:
For the active and adventurous traveler, our prime location offers easy access to sunbathing, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, diving, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and whale watching. Also, a golfer's paradise with nearby world-class golf clubs less than 10 minutes away in Wailea and Makena. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, cafes, farmer’s markets, and Kalama Park are within a 5-10 minute walk from Villas By The Cove.

Guests have access to our complimentary private Concierge service for assistance with arranging group activities such as luau's, whale watching and snorkel boat tours, private chefs/caterers, pre-arrival grocery service, in-residence spa services and group transportation.

The host was very responsive and came over quickly to fix the gate opener. The kitchen had storage containers for fresh food and leftovers which was very helpful. I can’t imagine being in a better location on the island either.

We loved our stay at villas by the cove. Maui is beautiful. The location was perfect to explore the island on foot and in a vehicle. The place was very clean. We enjoyed the comfortable beds after a long day of exploring. The view from the deck was one of our favorite places to hang out and take in the beauty of Maui. We needed help with a couple of things during our stay the response time was immediate and received the help we needed.
We had 5 nights here and was great location, easy to walk to shops, restaurants and beach. Also, has surf boards and boggy boards available which was nice.
Location was perfect. Short distance to beach, stores and restaurants. We were three couples and everyone had their own room and en-suite bathroom. Great pool with grill and lounge chairs
Place was nice and clean. All the bedrooms and showers were in great condition, and it was a nice spacious set-up. The Villas have a nice little gazebo and pool attached to it. All in all, great experience. Minor thing: we knew this going in, but helpful would be if they included more toiletries. We were there for a week and each bathroom/bedroom was only equipped with 2 rolls of toilet paper. Again, we knew this going in so we were prepared. Great place - highly recommend!
Our family had a wonderful stay at Penthouse 2. Very clean, modern, and relaxing. The property had everything we needed and very quick responses from the property manager. We hope we can come back again in the near future. Thank you!
Great location, clean and modern space
This property is a hidden gem in Kihei. It is close to the beach, retail shopping, activities, etc. It has its own private pool and entertainment area and is within walking distance to almost everything needed. My family of 5 adults enjoyed every minute of our stay here and can’t wait to return.
