This property has everything!! The location, the view, the pool area, bbq area, and the landscaping were outstanding. Can’t wait to stay here again!!
Beautiful view of Kona and the Ocean. We were able to wake up each morning to the waves crashing and what a wonderful noise! Overlooks the swimming pool but it wasn’t an issue for us. Was needing to leave about a half hour later and they were very accommodating to us taking extra time to pack and clean. Thus was our second time in Sea Village and everything was perfect beyond getting a noise complaint when we were all sleeping. Maybe it was next door making the noise and we were sent a message saying we would recieve a fine if we get another noise complaint. Besides us getting this text for someone else’s noise we were grateful for such a clean and beautiful stay. We will be back!
Aloha! We had a wonderful time and the accommodations were fabulous & the location was perfect for our small group of four. Walkable to farmers markets, downtown & beaches. One suggestion that I have before you rent this unit is to check with the agency on any construction projects that are happening on the property and near the condo. We experienced a major construction event outside this condo/deck that was noisy and disruptive. This made it impossible for us to be in the unit during construction hours.

Property is great. Good view of the ocean. Close to touristic areas. Only downside is no AC and it can get pretty warm. They do provide multiple fans so that’s good.
The tv was hard to watch. The furniture needs to be updated. The beds need to be updated. The view was great. We had stayed in this unit before. But I must say that for the amount that we paid we could have done better. We have been staying at the Sea Village for about 25 yrs. We talked to other guests who paid a lot less than us. Larry G
This condo was perfect for our stay in Kona. We could walk to downtown in 15 minutes. We love sitting on the Lanai and watching the waves. It was interesting to watch the cruise ships as well. We only used the pool once but it was nice. The unit gets a lovely breeze at night with all of the windows open so there was no need for AC even on some of the hot days. It was very convenient having laundry and the kitchen was fully stocked. Tons of beach supplies included, boogie boards, chairs, coolers, towels. Parking was easy as well.
With the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean we were totally thrilled to wake up and have our coffee on the deck. The unit was clean and had plenty of supplies for the ocean...coolers, snorkel gear, boogie boards, towels etc. We grilled in the shared area one night and ate under the stars. Bedrooms were nice and bathrooms were updated. Would definately return.
Perfect spot if you want to be in Kona. Just outside the town traffic. Unit overlooks water and pool.
