Ocean Front Napili Point C20 Amazing View A/C Freshly Remodeled for 2025!

The facility was perfect for our family and I appreciated the timely communication with the host throughout the reservation process and during our stay.

Fantastic location in walking distance to several restaurants, a beautiful beach and good snorkeling. You can watch sea turtles from the deck all day long! Comfortable bed and well stocked with all the kitchen gadgets you may want, including a coffee grinder!

Condo was as described. Beautiful view! Nick was accommodating and let us check out late for 100. Due to our late flight. Floors were dirty and dirty dishes in the cabinets.

The location was perfect. So peaceful and beautiful and we saw so many sea turtles!We really loved grilling out!

This condo was perfect for our family of four! The view and location are amazing! We watched turtles and whales from our lanai, and we easily walked over to go snorkel in the bay with the turtles. We only did breakfast and takeout in the condo, but the kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed, and the washer/dryer and dishwasher worked great and were so convenient. The beds were comfortable, and the layout of the condo gave us plenty of room during our week stay. Parking is convenient and had plenty of spaces. We had neighbors next to us, but we never heard them. The host Nick was very responsive and accommodating, and he helped make our kids’ first trip to Maui a perfect experience!

Comfortable place with outstanding views. I especially like listening to the ocean waves from the comfortable bed in the loft. Kitchen is handy for making meals (rice cooker is a great touch) and dining on the Lanai is fantastic. From there you can watch for whales (Nov-April) and the numerous sea turtles below in the cove. Watching surfers at Little Mac just across the cove is a bonus. Great access to Napili beach ( 3 min walk) and to snorkeling in the cove just below the condo. If you like to run as we do, the routes up thru Kapalua and along the shore are spectacular with a finish in the ocean. Love this spot and will come back.

We stayed for 8 days at this amazing property. It is well maintained and has a fully equipped kitchen for any cooking you plan on doing. A/C units to keep the unit cool. Gorgeous views of the bay which we also snorkeled in. Just be careful upon entering the water, it can be difficult. We would definitely stay here again!

This was one of the best rentals we've ever stayed at. All supplies were provided. The furniture was comfortable. Big smart tv. Good wifi. Bluetooth stereo. Responsive host.Just Great!

Saw 10x more turtles swimming right off the reef in front of the property than during a dedicated snorkel tour. Great location to just swim. Also, whales were out this time of year! Got to see them breach and swim about a mile or two offshore while eating breakfast on the lanai.

Despite bumpy check in, rest of stay went well. Condo was not cleaned until 8 pm day of check in. At the time, was not able to get a hold of cleaning crew but luckily able to get a hold of owner. For the trouble, Nick offered a $200 refund which was greatly appreciated. Great location, over looking bay and close to Napili beach. If you can access bay (during calm waters), definitely worth it to see plenty of sea turtles. Condo was clean but highlight was the view. Pleasant stay overall.

Condo was perfect! One of the best views I’ve ever seen. Woke up every morning to ocean waves and lots of turtles swimming around. If you love snorkeling this place if for you. You can literally just walk down to the ocean and swim with them if you like. The sunsets was the best. No need to go out to dinner. We just grilled below and ate our meals on the balcony watching the sun go down. As far as the house. It was clean, spacious, lots of amenities, and lots of sun light. If your not a big fan of waking up to a bright room I’d recommend not sleeping on the loft. The bedroom is a lot darker and quieter. The loft you will wake up to bright light and loud ocean waves which I really enjoyed. It was the perfect noise to sleep to. Everything is a walk away. From restaurants to beaches and even Napili Market for groceries. We never really needed to use our car except to drive from and to the airport. And maybe to Whalers Village. I highly recommend this condo to everyone that wants to experience “Hawaii”. Aloha!

Pros - This property is in one of the best locations. Overlooks a bay with amazing snorkeling that has turtles constantly popping up and is close to the equally great Napili beach that is great for families as waves are not strong. Nearby is also a market, a couple of restaurants and a coffee shop. There is close parking to the unit and the complex has two small pools for use. Check in is easy and there is a quick response to any communication. Cons - cleanliness. We encountered pink mold behind the door in the downstairs bathroom and met a cockroach in unit. Also all of the switch plates could use a good scrub. A broom was in the unit for us to sweep but it was pretty gross looking and needs replacing. Out dated and worn bathrooms - Both bathrooms could use a lift. Downstairs bathroom either tub isn’t cleaned well or has build up that won’t come off. Upstairs shower kind of smells and the cabinets are worn. In addition the fans in both bathrooms are so loud, I just left the door open and showered with a light from outside on. Don’t plan to use either lights while anyone is sleeping in the unit. Kitchen sink - not quite sure what the design flaw is but it’s impossible to do dishes without getting water on the floor as evidence by the water damage on the cabinet in front of the sink. This was really annoying to constantly be stepping in water.

Appreciated the owner's quick attention to a problem upon first staying there; problem fully solved! Enjoyed our stay!
