The Maui Sunset is located on over 5 acres of oceanfront at Kihei which is considered one of the best locations on the Valley Isle. Kihei is noted for its year-round sunshine, balmy trade winds, and soothing evening air. It is one of the driest and sunniest areas on the entire island, averaging only 10 inches a year! World famous swimming and snorkeling beaches are minutes away at one of the many sandy safe beaches at Kihei and nearby Wailea. Just a short distance (6 miles) from five championship 18-hole resort golf courses at Wailea and Makena. The two buildings frame and protect a large recreational area that is carefully attended and landscaped. The 60-foot swimming pool with its broad decks and abundance of pool furniture invites you to improve on your tan.

Everything was great about this ground level unit, steps from the beach. Loved the decoration and furnishings. Great location in Kihei!
We stayed here with family and got married on the condo grounds while we were there. The grounds are very nicely landscaped and there is a large park/green space between the walk out patio and the beamazing. The living space inside very nicely done and well stocked. We often had friends and family over for supper and there was lots of space. The only downside at all was that parking could be tough to find at times.

We had a wonderful time and this place was the icing on our Maui Cake!!! The location was perfect! We literally sat on the Lanai watching the whales while having our morning coffee and breakfasts. A short walk on the lawn took us to the beach where we got to see the turtles and play in the water. The owners were very responsive and accommodating!! I will definitely be staying here again!! Mahalo for everything - my 83 yr old mother had a blast!!

This was our second time staying at the Maui Sunset, so we knew how special the property was. The only issue was cleanliness at points. The sheets were stained, and some of the appliances needed a good cleaning before use. But that didn't stop us from enjoying the place thoroughly.
