180° Oceanfront View!! Completely Remodeled - Luxury Condo!

The property was just ok. Dated and could need some maintenance issue but had everything we needed for a short stay. View would have been better if not for the constant all day pickle ball games going on. Without water for most of one day because of programmed plumbing maintenance. Owner not at fault for this but a heads up would have been good.

Loved the close beach access and the sunsets/sunrise experience! We also enjoyed watching the pickleball players! Amazing pool too!

The rental was great for us. In very good condition. Third floor gave us good views of the water and sunsets. Good central location making it easier to get most anywhere on Maui. Would recommend.

Beautiful view!

The beach view was incredible with stunning ssunsets each night the condo had all the kitchen supplies we needed. We were set up with beach chairs and towels and the place was immaculate. Definitely would go there again!

Did not check in for 3 days as offices not open the pool code changed when we were there but did not tell us. Shower door handles were loose. Other wise the dynamo was a bit of a disturbance and interuotion

The view is beyond words! We could have sat and watched the ocean, mountains, and clouds the entire time. The area is very peaceful and has quick access to the beach. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The hosts responded quickly with questions. I would book again next time I am in the area. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend this property. It is quiet, just off the beach and an amazing view.The main road has portions that aren't really walkable, however everything is a very short drive away. Parking around Kihei was never an issue.Again. Great property/Great Experience

Amazing place to stay right next to the beach with all the needed amenities- will visit again!!

We had 2 couples staying in our he condo. We loved the location, short drive to some great restaurants and activities. The ocean views were amazing. It was also well stocked with beach gear and in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend staying here for a small family or just a couple.

We came to Maui to do a lot of the sights.the place was convenient to Haleakalā, the Old Lahaina Luau and the Road To Hana. Two minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants are nearby.

We were here with our adult son. The unit is perfectly laid out, with two baths and two bedrooms, one bed/bath upstairs, so good space separation if desired, It also has the most spectacular views! Bring binoculars. We saw whales from the patio every day that we were there. Beds were super comfy and unit was quiet. In suite laundry enabled us to pack light and the unit was equipped with everything we needed. The swimming pool area was also ideal. Thanks for being a big part of our wonderful holiday!!!

The condo was as advertised and communication with the host was easy. It is located near several grocery stores, which made it easy to utilize the furnished kitchen and eat meals on the lanai. The beds were very comfortable and the living area was appreciated for winding down after a busy day of activities. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub much but the pool area was clean, not crowded, and the grilling area was a plus. The location in Kihei was convenient whether traveling to Kapalua and Kaanapali, Paia and the upcountry, or heading down to Big Beach. The furnished beach chairs, umbrellas, and cooler were also much appreciated for use while visiting the beaches. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui!

Nice condo very comfortable for 4. Loved the location on the beach and centrally located on the island. Upstairs bedroom was warm and A/C was noisy only complaint.

The condo was amazing. It was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. We prepared many meals in the kitchen. The grilling stations were a bonus as well. We found our location central to everything we did on the island. I recommend bringing a pair of binoculars. The whales were very entertaining every morning and evening for us. We will definitely return to this location again!

This was a great place We loved it The view was amazing and the beach was easy to get to. Great also if you play pickle ball they have courts you can see right from the balcony.It was also right in the center of it all, good places to go eat. We recommend Nalus especially for rib night on Fridays also had a really good breakfast the three egg omelette.Everything was very clean and up-to-date. We will be back at this place for sure if were ever in the area again. Highly recommended you would not be disappoint

Beautiful condo right on the beach.Great place just not to or older folks.Steps no elevator. But our plans had changed was supposed to travel with a younger couple. All was greatyounger couple

We loved it all in this third story condo. Clean, easy to find, easy to park and just a great property overall. We loved having everything from beach towels to an icemaker. The ONLY thing that was a surprise was the fact that it was a walk up. Yes there is pickleball between the condo and the ocean, but it was fun to watch. We can’t wait to come back!

The accommodations are great! Good location to see things. Host has thought of a lot of amenities to make your stay even better! The items for the beach days were most appreciated. The beds are SO comfortable! It was a fantastic stay!

Loved the location of this condo! Condo faces beachfront so there is a wonderful view of the ocean while sitting on the lanai. Beds were comfortable. The decor was nice! Owners were quick to respond to questions. It would have been nice to have an elevator to the 3rd floor to make getting luggage up to condo easier.

Great view, good location and a nice condo. The condo met our needs. Could have been cleaner and the pool code upon check in would have been nice. We had to wait until the following day to access the pool. Pickleball goes all day, right in front of unit, between you and the view. It is not a deal breaker, just be forewarned

Very pleased with the condo; no complaints at all, it was even cool enough in August with the air conditioning. We were able to enjoy the pool and grill, and parking was easy and convenient. One thing that made it easier was there was a door keypad, so we didn't have to deal with a key for 3 adults.

We loved the condo. Plenty of space for our family (3 of us). The porch with a gorgeous ocean view was the highlight. It was only a few minutes' drive to Kihei 's restaurants and many food truck parks. From this location, it was easy to visit Wailea, West Maui, and the road to Hana. The condo also had great beach chairs and umbrellas.

Our stay in Jim's property was perfect. The property was clean and well-appointed. We didn't spend a ton of time there, but the time we did spend there was thoroughly enjoyable. Morning coffee and dinner on the lanai provided breathtaking views. The bedding was comfortable. The hosts also provided beach gear. There were enough chairs and umbrellas for our group and a cooler that allowed us to pack lunch and some beverages for our beach days. We enjoyed strolling the beach in the morning (head north) to see turtles resting on the beach. The property is centrally located in Kihei providing easy access to all beaches, Wailea, food trucks (amazing food), and restaurants in the area. The pool and hot tub provided a nice way to wind down at the end of the day after exploring what Maui has to offer. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to Maui.

We had a truly lovely time in this condo. The location was central to everything in Kihei and all we wanted to do. We really appreciated how well-stocked it was - from bathroom amenities to beach towels to kitchen utensils and appliances. A bit random perhaps, but there is a super sharp butcher knife in the block -- which made food prep so much easier!

We were fortunate enough to spend 2 weeks at this condo. As described. Full complement of kitchen needs, which is often not the case in many VRBO. Plenty of dishes, cups, pots, pans, and decent knives. Wonderful view. I know others have been bothered by the pickleball courts in the park in front of the condo, but we didn't find to be a problem. It was only on certain days and only a 3 hours at a time. Close to everything and access to other areas of the island. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed for a month with our primary goal being golf. We completely enjoyed sampling many courses on the island. With pickle ball courts right out front, after watching from the deck, we gave that a try as well.The condo is spacious and well equipped and the vaulted ceilings allow air circulation along with the ceiling fans. We used the AC very little, have the sliding doors open while there. Jim was very responsive to any questions we had. We hope to come back next year.

Fantastic property! Very clean well stocked with whatever you might need. Rooms were a bit small but I would rather scoot around the bed than sleep in a small bed. The view was amazing and very quiet till 8am. The pickleball craze starts at 8 on the nose and goes all day. You will hear and see it no matter which building you stay in beach front so nothing against our particular condo. This condo is on the top floor so you can look over the courts but it takes away quiet time on the Lani.
