The property was very easy to locate. The condo was clean and looked like it did in the pictures. The livingroom and bedroom furniture were comfy and the kitchen had all the cooking supplies and dishes needed during our stay. Bathrooms had plenty of towels. Minimal toiletry supplies. The property was very close to a beach and had a nice pool. While the bedrooms stayed pretty cool, the livingroom/kitchen A/C was disappointing because one of the windows had a crack—which contributed to the A/C struggling to stay cool.
Our stay at Sunny Maui Apartments in Kihei was the absolute perfect getaway with friends! You really can't beat the location - the beach is literally just a few steps away, and we were lucky enough to catch a breathtaking Maui sunset every single day we were there.The apartments provided beach chairs, which was such a thoughtful touch and perfectly suited our daily beach trips. We also loved how walkable the immediate area is; the Lava Java coffee shop is just one street over, making our morning coffee runs incredibly easy.If you are looking for an economical choice to spend quality time with friends, this is exactly what you need. It serves as a fantastic home base, too, since every other great spot and attraction on the island seemed to be only a 20 to 30-minute drive away. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!
The place was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked for our family of four. Being right by the beach was a huge plus. One of our favorite parts was seeing so many turtles resting on the beach. If you go for an early morning walk, you’ll likely spot them too.The management was excellent, very responsive and helpful, with great local knowledge. The location was also convenient, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a great stay.
We really enjoyed our stay! Place was pictured as listing, with a BEAUTIFUL view of water & beach! Local to everything we wanted to visit! Would definitely stay again!
We had a fantastic stay at this condo. The ocean view was even better than expected. From the photos it was hard to tell how visible the ocean would be, but we were able to sit on the balcony each morning watching whales and enjoy beautiful sunsets in the evening.The building itself is older, but the unit has been beautifully renovated. The updates were excellent, with very nice furniture and great appliances. Everything felt clean, modern, and comfortable.The property grounds were also very well maintained. The garden areas were nice, the pool was comfortable, and the landscaping was clearly cared for.We really appreciated the beach gear provided. Having four beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, and beach towels made it easy to head to the beach whenever we wanted. The beach itself is only about a minute walk away and was great for quiet walks or sunset views.The location is excellent. There is a grocery store within a short walk, which was very convenient, and we loved going to Nalu’s for breakfast and dinner.Parking was easy as well. We had two cars and never had trouble finding a spot.Some reviews mentioned homelessness nearby, but it did not affect our stay at all.Overall we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.
Beautiful condo, the beach view is great.
Great place. Nice location on a pretty private beach. Unfortunately lots of homeless at entrance. There is a church next door that serves meals once per day and the reason why I think there’s more homeless around. Overall great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo rental was clean and pristine, a quiet location, beautiful decor, excellent cookware and appliances, and had a view of the beach. A grocery store is located around the corner and within walking distance. There were a few homeless people hanging around the premises as the nearby church offers free dinners on weekdays. We never felt threatened. The premises are well lit at night. And there is a place in the parking lot to wash your car too!
Beach view was half obstructed, but access to beach was great. Room was very clean and perfectly appointed. Check in and check out very easy.
We didn’t spend much time in the condo.
