Spacious and elegant. Completely remodeled recently, no expense was spared to create our gorgeous oceanfront oasis. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo features luxurious touches paired with oceanfront serenity. Located in sunny Kihei, all of Maui is within reach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, plush towels and a cooler are all provided. Whether you dine out at a delicious local restaurant or play chef in our fully stocked kitchen, you will love your new home away from home.
The Space:
Welcome to Modern & Elegant Oceanfront Vistas. The newest addition to our family of stylish and luxury condos in Kihei and Wailea. We want you to feel at home the moment you step inside. Our condo is located at Kauhale Makai “Village by the Sea”, a community nestled up against a charming beach; perfect to catch the most amazing sunsets. The property amenities include two pools, a hot tub, volleyball court, shuffleboard decks, putting green, several BBQ grills with picnic tables and tiki torches. Surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds swaying with palm and banana trees. This slice of paradise offers a local and relaxed setting, maintaining a vibrant community. Our condo features high speed internet and WiFi, a 75” Smart TV with your favorite streaming apps and local cable.
Our fully equipped chef’s kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, blender, baking ware, French press, Keurig with K-cups provided, high end cookware, and all utensils including everything you need to BBQ. Dine inside at our beautiful live wood edge dining table with room for 6 or enjoy your meal on the lanai and lose yourself in the sight and sounds of the ocean. The oversized sofa pulls out into a queen size sleeper when needed to comfortably sleep six. The master suite is fit for a king! A stunning king size bed with direct ocean views awaits you. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed. Additional pillows and bed linens are provided. For your comfort we offer both memory foam and regular pillows. We provide fluffy bath, hand, and face towels to pair with our spa inspired bathrooms. Heading to the beach? Grab the beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and a cooler to help make sure your time on the sand is relaxing. The condominium complex features a convenient laundry room with coin or App operated washers and dryers. Parking is provided at no charge.

The Neighborhood:
Kihei is located at the base of Haleakala, a sprawling and majestic 10,000 foot high volcano. Stunning views of the mountain are everywhere. Lined with miles of beaches, local food & shopping, and close proximity to many activities. Fun fact about Hawaii- all beaches are public! There is no such thing as a private beach anywhere in the state. Together with neighboring Wailea, the area enjoys numerous shops, restaurants and “happy hour” opportunities. Kauhale Makai is a short distance from many grocery stores, including a Safeway, Times and Foodland. If you prefer Costco or Target swing by on your way from the airport!
Getting Around:
Most of our guests rent a vehicle to get around, it's the best way to explore Maui. Kihei is close to the airport, about a 15 minute drive.
Other Things to Note:
Please be advised that personal package deliveries such as Amazon etc- are not permitted, unless under medical emergency and with advance approval.
Our baby essentials are provided through Nokaoi Baby Rentals. Please visit their website at nakoibabyrentals to arrange your rental. You will pay them directly for the rental and they will deliver the item to your unit.
Laundry facilities are located throughout the complex and are shared. Payable via app or coins. We provide Tide pods.
Our beach essentials do not include snorkeling gear
Pickleball players will enjoy Waipuilani Park, just minutes away.
The resort is designated within a hotel-zoned district and, as such, will not be impacted by the pending Short-Term Rental (STR) ban currently under consideration.

My family and I were very impressed with this rental. The rental provided everything we needed, even for time on the beach. Make sure you bring water shoes. Lots of rocks on the beach. We had a slight delay checking in but the property manager was quick to fix the issue. Thank you for a great stay
We loved our stay with our family of 5. Everyone was comfortable. The condo was clean, and updated just like the pictures. The view is gorgeous. We loved sitting on the deck to watch the sunsets. The communication was awesome. We had a few hiccups with the door code and they were so quick to get back to us. We got a week membership at a gym down the street, there isn’t one at the community. Also close by was our favorite place for açaí bowls - wow wow lemonade. Don’t miss it! We didn’t love the beach right in front of the community, but Wailea is a quick drive and was our favorite place to go. I’d definitely stay here again if we came to Maui again!
Upon arrival, we were extremely happy with the cleanliness of the condo, as well as the supplies included. The big screen T.V. made movie nights with the sun baked kids a real treat. The view's from the lanai's were incredible. The beach is beautiful, close and safe for kids to swim. Even swam with turtles right off shore. The location is very close to excellent food options and lots of shopping. We would stay here again for sure.
This was our first stay in Maui and we enjoyed our stay in this unit! Modern touches throughout and a beautiful ocean view with a quick walk to the beach. The hosts were prompt in answering our questions, had a comprehensive binder of things to do in Maui and the checkout process, and wrote a nice welcome card when we arrived. We will definitely be booking this oceanfront villa again! We truly enjoyed the hospitality.
Amazing condo that has brand new everything. Second floor location that directly faces the ocean. Great sunsets every night. Well stocked kitchen and bedrooms/bathrooms are really nice. Very cool decor throughout the unit. Beach in front of unit is 'ok' by Hawaii standards, but really nice for any other area. Location is perfect. North part of Kihei, so closer to airport, Hana, Halekala, West Maui; but also within 15 minutes of 20 world class beaches in South Maui. Communication with owers was fantastic. They also provided alot of great recommendations. Unit is also well stocked with 'beach gear'. Would definetly stay here ago.
The accommodations are first class in this beautifully renovated, modern condo steps away from the beach, and centrally located in Maui. Perfect size for a family of 6 (4 adults 2 children).
We loved staying here. It was incredibly clean, the hosts were wonderful with communication and the property has been completely renovated and is beautiful! Kihei is such a central location from which to do all of our touring of the island and we loved the spot. All in all we couldn’t have been happier!
Was greater with refrigerator full of local juices, Hawaiian chocolates and a personalized note. The place has modern finishes and all the items you need to enjoy a day at the beach and cook if you’d like. Both bedrooms and living have beautiful views! The lightening at night is limited and the washing and drying system was a bit confusing I’d your using the app but that was the only limitation. Would highly recommend this unit!! Saw turtles on the beach a couple days which was fabulous! The check in and check out process was very basic and easy. Communication with owners was easy and prompt. Was very happy with our stay and would totally stay here again! Thank you so much! Mahalo!
