Spectacular Ocean front condo in highly desirable location. This condo was completely remodeled in 2023. "100% teardown to studs". Cool Air Conditioning, noise dampening windows and walls.
Top end features throughout, no expense was spared. Waterfall countertops, Bosch appliances and a Temperpedic Luxbreeze mattress to help you sleep in cool comfort.
Magnificent sunsets from poolside/hot tub or your private lanai. "Shorefront is rocky and fantastic for snorkeling, however there is no sandy beach directly in front". Pool and Hot Tub and right on the ocean and looks towards downtown Kona in the distance. Great view of 4th of July show in Kailua Bay. Sea Village Condo is just a short walk to downtown Historic Kailua-Kona. Close enough for convenience, yet far enough for a peaceful stay. Condo facility has its own large private heated pool and hot tub, both overlooking the ocean. Barbecues for outdoor cuisine. Coffee shop located on property. This is a very private condo facility that boasts one of the best views in Kona. Home is air conditioned and very well stocked with kitchen supplies, washer/dryer, and other amenities to ensure your complete comfort. We take great pride in ensuring that your vacation is one of relaxation and comfort. The Big Islands boasts a variety of sandy beaches and fantastic snorkeling beaches. We have added photos of some of our family's favorite spots on the Island.

This was a great location and a great little space for us to use as home during our stay! Loved being able to wake up and sit outside and enjoy the beautiful ocean view!
The stay was just what we wanted. When we arrived the property manager had food available for us since we arrived late in the day. The property was like the photos and very clean. Everything we could have needed the property provided. The property manager was easy to get ahold of if we needed anything and was very helpful and kind. My husband and I would stay there again. It was everything we were looking for and some. We are so thankful to have found this property and are looking forward to returning there again!
Beautiful remodeled condo with great views. The property is well taken care of by staff. The owner Chris is extremely nice and very helpful and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend and return for another stay!
This condo has everything ! It’s spacious, all completely new & beautiful. It is home away from home with new all Bosch appliances & all the amenities you could want. It’s also very quiet. The TempurPedic bed was wonderful. We stayed here from 3/1-3/15, 2024 & will go back in a heartbeat. The ocean view is gorgeous. Sad to leave the island now as we sit at the airport awaiting our flight.
The condo was beautifully remodeled and well stocked with all we needed. Great location. Less than a mile walk to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. AND whale watching!
Great unit in a perfect spot to walk into town and explore the island.
We had good relaxing stay at Chris's condo. The Condo was well equipped and everything was in good functioning order, clean and ready to go when we arrived. The view from the lanai is wonderful ! A ceiling fan keeps you cool in the afternoon. The artwork in the condo is well thought out. It can get a little warm in the late afternoon but cooled off in the evening. The unit's bedroom faces the road and you will have some road noise but it was not a problem after 9-10 pm. There was plenty of snorkel gear and good quality beach chairs for outdoor activities. The grounds are well cared for and you can see Chris takes care of his place. I have been to number of ocean view condos and they need extra love to keep them in good order and Chris does that in this place. The bathroom has a large walk in shower in an updated bathroom. There was one door under the kitchen sink that was out for repair, but this was not any problem for us. Actually it worked out well since the galley kitchen is tight. Chris was super fast on the booking response and checked in with us to make sure all was good. Glen Glen
Our stay was better than anticipated, very well equipped condo with everything we needed including all the beach toys to use! Fresh fruit was waiting for us on our arrival too. Easiest check in we've experienced in our travels to Hawaii. Very close to shops, restaurants, and downtown. The free trolly was a surprise and could be picked up right across the street. We walked to most places and enjoyed the views along the way. Chris, the owner, was available anytime we we reached out. Very responsive! We will be back!
This condo was perfectly situated about a mile from town making it an easy walk to shops and restaurants. It was well appointed making it easy to cook meals with easy access to the BBQ area. The pool area was very nice and the other guests were very friendly. The owner was extremely helpful, giving easy directions to the unit and making check in effortless. We look forward to going back soon.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It is close to the main spots without being right in the middle of them. This is a very nice property with many amenities yet small enough to not be crowded. I would absolutely stay here if I return to the big island.
