Please Note: Magic Sands Beach has an ever-changing shoreline; during calm conditions there is soft white sand, but during strong surf the sand may wash away temporarily revealing lava rock—this natural cycle is why it's called “Magic Sands.”

Spectacular unobstructed ocean view with great sunsets! The condo was clean and had everything you could need for a stay in Hawaii. All you need to do is land, get your rental car, stop by Costco and Safeway and enjoy your vacation!
Outside Property is lovely. Having roaches and roach feces made the cabinets unusable. Please get better directions for how to use WiFi and the TV. Loved being on the first floor.
We had high expectations for our stay at this village and we got lucky! Amazing apartment with an mesmerizing view. We woke up every day to the sounds of the ocean right outside our lanai. Cleanliness was good although there were a bug issue in the kitchen - nothing major though. The property was quiet and nice and parking spaces were big and spacious. Would definitely recommend!!
We really enjoyed this condo at Sea Village! The corner balcony has a spectacular view!The condo has a ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom, and additional fans too, which was nice.It was wonderful that it was located so close to the shopping and restaurants. There was even an espresso stand located in the same parking lot which was convenient.The bath towels were nice and soft. It was helpful that you had a night light that we could use for the bathroom.The kitchen had everything we needed. It was nice that there were beach items in the unit for use.The unit was conveniently located near the pool and the parking lot.We had a great time and will rent here again!

We have stayed in Kona 4 other times and this unit was the best one for comfort and view! Sitting on the Lanai, watching the sun set and listening to the waves every day was the reason why we picked this place. It was fully stocked with toiletries, boogie boards, beach chairs, and snorkel gear for 2, comfortable king bed in the bedroom and had a comfortable pull out couch. I was worried about not having air conditioning but with all the windows open and the fans going the ocean breeze was all you needed. The grounds are well maintained and manangement was just a friendly phone call away. You won’t be disappointed and we will be back! Thank you!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A close walk from the parking lot, downstairs, and the views of the ocean were amazing. We slept soundly each night listening to the ocean. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the lanai. We drank our morning coffee and had our meals out there too. We saw whales out in the distance and enjoyed watching the boats and kayaks.
We had an amazing time this is the best unit in the entire complex. Highly recommend, unless you want to go at the same time I do, then i recommend you find something else, haha
A great condo with really nice views from the lanai of the ocean. Close to the pool and grill/picnic table areas (but not too close so it is not noisy). Easy to get around Kona and the rest of the island from this location. Will definitely book this unit again. Mahalo
We always enjoy staying at Sea Village, and this time was no different. Incredible views and a well-stocked condo. It was easy to communicate with the rental company, as well. We would stay again!
