Our town home is in a gated community that has excellently maintained grounds with 3 tennis courts, a swimming pool and next to the beach where you can walk to and enjoy the beautiful Hawaii sunset. It is located on Alii Drive, a short drive to famous downtown Alii where many shops and restaurants are located by the sea wall. It is also a short walk to one of the best snorkeling beaches in Hawaii, kahalu'u bay. Our complex has gas BBQ units in several areas for use by its residents and guests.
Our town home has been completely renovated and redecorated including new furniture and appliances. Part of the complex is oceanfront and in less than a 2 minute walk from our townhome along a path inside the complex. Here you can enjoy the beautiful Hawaiian sunsets from the beach.
The unit has a split air conditioner system for the 2nd floor and an air conditioner on the first floor. it has two bed rooms fully furnished with king size beds, ceiling fans in all rooms, streaming 65" TV in the living room and cable tv in one bedroom, internet WiFi and free LD Calls to the US and Canada.
We have a beautiful tiled lanai next to the living room where you can enjoy quiet moments. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Other appliances include a/c in the living room, split A/C in the bedrooms, washer/dryer, fridge, oven range, microwave oven, coffee maker, cooking wares and utensils, etc.
Our rates are divided between Low Season (May-September ) and High Season ( October - December ). We also offer a discounted rate for bookings of 30 days or more. Please check the section on rates.
Included in the total price quote you receive from VRBO is the Hawaii tax comprised of the TAT ( transient Accommodation tax) of 13.25%, and the General Excise tax (GET) of 4.71% for a total of 17.9 % Unfortunately this is a cost factor that is beyond our control.

We had a lovely stay at Tony's place. He was very communicative and friendly, made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. All the instructions for how to care for the place were very clear. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The water pressure was good. The air conditioners were incredibly effective. We enjoyed sitting out on the Lanai as well. The pool was clean and a nice place to relax and read. There was a beautiful rocky overlook to the ocean within the complex where we watched the sunset. There's a shopping plaza nearby where you can get coffee, a local bookstore with kitties to pet, a grocery store and pharmacy, everything you could need. This was a perfect home away from home to stay in while in town for the Ironman. Would stay again!!
Very nice, very comfortable, well supplied, and owner communication was excellent.
The property was as advertised, and we had a great stay. Convenient to the beach, downtown Kona, and destinations across the island. Would definitely recommend it to others planning a Hawaiian get away.

The property was very clean and had everything we could have wanted and more. We loved enjoying morning coffee on the lanai. We spoke with Tony, the owner a couple of times to ask some questions and he was so kind and helpful. The bed was so comfortable, I slept really well. Instructions were clear and helpful. First time to the Hawaii and the Big Island! Loved the location. Easy to get to everything on our list of things to do. The condo was well stocked with all the necessary items - even some extra food items that were lift from previous guest. Loved the small beach area and how quite it was. If we were ever to return to the Big Island, definitely a place we stay again and also recommend to others!
This is a lovely property, convenient location, quiet, clean and well stocked. We especially enjoyed the private lanai with 3 geckos and birds visiting every morning. We would return. The hosts were excellent communicators and helpful with challenging travel delays.
Very nice unit . We were two couples enjoyed the townhouse very much. Four pickle ball courts and a lot of friendly players. Great location.
Tony and Pat are great host. The condo was very clean and close to many attractions. We definitely felt right at home! Super roomy and had every amenity you could want. We will be back for sure!!!
We loved our time at Pat and Tony’s townhome. We have stayed here numerous times over the years. It is newly updated, very clean and welcoming. The decor is fresh, clean and tropical. It is great having two full bathrooms, and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances you would need to cook your favourite meals. There are brand new laundry machines for guests’ use. The air conditioning makes it super comfortable for sleeping, and there are beach chairs and other beach items available for our use. There is a lovely lanai (patio) where we ate all our meals while enjoying the surrounding beautiful gardens and the little geckos who come to visit. At the complex, we loved the communal bbqs and the pool is clean and very lovely as well. There are Tennis/pickle ball courts available as well as table tennis. We spent most evenings viewing the gorgeous sunsets at the beach adjacent to the property. The location of the complex is very convenient, as it is not too far from downtown Kona, close to the shopping centre and grocery store, and has easy access to the highway. Overall, a wonderful place to spend a holiday! It’s truly a home away from home. We will be back!
