Enjoy this oceanfront unit #113 at the iconic White Sands Village across from Magic Sands beach. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom corner unit with air conditioning and a large wrap-around lanai is a great place for your Hawaii vacation. Fully stocked kitchen, WIFI, and more.
Upon entry, you have an open kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room layout. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the items any at-home chef needs and has upgraded granite countertops. Enjoy the television and stream your favorite show, while relaxing in the living area. There is seating for all guests and a lovely tropical Hawaii decor. Dine inside at the sit-down table or enjoy the fresh Hawaii air and dine al fresco outside.
The wrap-around lanai gives you oceanfront views of the iconic Magic Sands beach and is a lovely relaxing space. Enjoy a cup of Kona coffee and watch the local bodyboarders or sit and listen to the waves crash. The lanai has access to the living room and primary bedroom.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a closet to unpack your belongings, and a fresh feel. The guest bathroom is located in the hallway next to the guest room, and there is a bathtub and shower to wash away the salt after a long day in the sun.
The primary ensuite has a king bed, television, closet, private lanai access, and ensuite bathroom. There is also a desk in the room so you have a workspace while you are on vacation. Your bathroom has a shower and a washer and dryer for guests' use. Relax and stream your favorite show or enjoy the lanai doors open and the warm Hawaii air.
White Sands Village is located just across from Kailua Kona's Magic Sands Beach on the iconic Alii Drive. Conveniently located across the street from Magics Beach Grill as well, you are a short stroll away from some of the best food and drink on the Kona coast. Whether you are looking for a morning cup of Kona coffee at Magics Beach Shack, or an inspired meal made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients for lunch or dinner, there is something for everybody moments away from your doorstep.
Shopping and additional dining options can be found within a few miles in either direction. Find local gifts, fruits, and more at one of the many farmers' markets throughout the week. This is also located on the running portion of the Ironman World Championship course. Amenities include pool, spa, sauna, tennis courts, pool table, grills, and picnic area.

Amazing view on the ocean from the balcony and a great restaurant on the other side of the street. Close to grocerie stores and other shops. The appartement was very well equipped. AC and fans were working well. Beds were very comfortable. Overall our stay was very enjoyable.
The location was great! We loved the view from our patio and the fact that we could walk across the street to the beach and the restaurant. Close to the Kona village shops too. Don't expect anything "fancy" but the place had everything we needed. The photos show an old tennis court, but it was recently resurfaced and lines for pickleball. The unit came with all the equipment, including snorkeling gear. We would stay there again.
It is 24 stairs to get to the first floor and the elevator wasn't working to the first floor! However, we loved the being right across the street from the beach. It was fun to watch the kids boogie board and play. The sunsets from the wraparound balcony were the best. The condo was large, clean, and super well appointed. There is everything you need including: beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, and even sunscreen and insect repellant! It was lovely having a washer and dryer! We got soaked on our rainforest ATV ride and the day we went to the volcano. This amenity allowed us to take care of our dirty, wet clothing and the big bonus was were able to bring only our carry-on luggage because the unit was so well equipped. They provide all the paper products you need and all the laundry and kitchen soaps. Being on the Main Street you have a lot of noise starting about 6:00am with the kids on the beach, the buses running, and the pickup trucks with boom boxes cruising past. This is the Main Street kid cruise! That is the trade off for the stellar location. We loved being so close to everything. The rental agreement they send you after you book is a little daunting! They just want you to take care of their property which is understandable. Be aware the property is well-loved and isn't new; but you'll love staying here. We appreciated the quick management response. This unit's driveway is directly across from the Magic Sands sign.

The views were spectacular. Loved sitting on the lanai and watching all the activity on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
Perfect location to enjoy the ocean view, and sunset, and put our toes in the sand. There is a great surfing spot just down the road(banyans) and a restaurant with amazing food and views right across the street. We fell in love with the lanai! Everything needed for the beach was provided and thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely recommend this unit. The kids loved the pool too and the BBQ was used quite often.

Great location and nice property. Hiding the air conditioning from paying guests is pretty low though. It is advertised as having air. To put the picture over the thermostat to prevent others from using made us sleep with windows open and it is quite loud. The first 3 days were miserable at night until my youngest read in the guestbook that air was hidden.
